For a person who generally has anxiety about going to the dentist for any sort of procedure, both Sera and Dr. Peter not only exhibited the highest degree of professionalism, but more importantly patience, throughout the entire process. Sera diligently walked me through all the steps involved in the procedure as well as all the important steps to take after the teeth whitening was complete, which really put my mind at ease. Within the first 24 hours after leaving the clinic, Dr. Peter made a follow up call to see how I was doing and to give me additional suggestions of how I could keep my teeth whiter for years to come, which I really appreciated! The procedure itself, was painless, and after having it done, I can't understand why I didn't do it sooner. My teeth look amazing! They didn't disclose this information upfront and I had to pay only after everything was done. He didn't ask for any consultation, yet the dentist came in and examined him anyway. This time, I am very disappointed with their service and I find it to be a problem, that a dentist comes in for a consultation without any reasonable cause. My son is just a student and he had to pay from his own pocket that insurance didn't cover. I decided to change my clinic.

That hasn't happened to you? Then... my bad (I guess). Long story short - I called the dentist and said I would be late and they were totally cool about it. Then I showed up (looking/smelling like a hobo) and they were totally cool about it. Then I disallowed the cavitron 5000 from my cleaning and they were totally cool about it. The bottom line message I want to deliver to you in this review, is that I am never switching dentists again. Actually, that's not exactly true. I am never switching hygienists again. If Lisa moved to a different dentist office, I would move my records along with her. This was the most painless dental cleaning I have ever had. That statement is not a joke. I had not been to the dentist in 1.5 years, and there was a lot of cleaning that needed to be done; Lisa had brand new dental tools that she was delighted to break in on me. She was done in 45 minutes (I have historically had to break up cleanings into 2 visits) and when I inspected her work, I expected to see residual tartar and plaque because of the efficiency and painlessness of the service, but the cleaning passed the quality control inspection. I remain shocked by the quality of this cleaning and it has inspired me to floss more regularly, because I want to preserve the work that she has done here. This is my new hygienist and I hope that I die before she does (like... a long time from now) because I can't imagine finding another person that is this good at this job.

Fraudulent dental center will make you accrue out of pocket charges without transparency. The reason they don't send estimates prior to receiving authorization is because their fees are higher than the prescribed dental fees guidelines and they won't notify you prior to your treatment that you will have to pay more as they wait till after treatment to hook you with the out of pocket charges. They will ruin your credit and their unethical practices are being scrutinized upon a pending lawsuit against them. Beware folks. Extremely corrupt front office staff.
