The only complaint that I have is that their communication is lacking. I recently had an issue with contraindications for the oral sedation and it would have been great to know from the beginning that this was what the issue was. I was initially informed that my insurance didn't want to pay for it. After that was resolved I did the procedure with no sedation but they couldn't finish. I was told to return the following Tuesday to finish only to find out that they only wanted to do half of the remaining work and that I would have to come back a third time to actually finish. I told them that wouldn't work and now I'm waiting for a cancellation because they are booked into next year. Just be clear please.

They have invested in the latest technology, and they stand behind their work. I had a complication with my bridge, and called Dr. Detrik. The office squeezed me in and did a laser treatment which caused people to stay overtime. Instead of needing a new bridge, the laser solved the whole problem which saved me so much money. With significant dental needs in the future, I will use my Southwest Miles so I can go back. Dr. Detrik and the VIDA staff are an awesome Blessing!

I have seen many, many bad dentists since then and have developed severe anxiety over dental visits, resulting in fewer dental visits, resulting in many teeth that now need help. I requested recommendations on the local Facebook page and this office came up more than any other, by far. I had my first appointment today with Dr. Pisotti and I now understand the recommendations. The care and attention was like I have never experienced before, with both the doctor and his assistant taking their time with me and making me feel at ease. They also have incredible payment options available. In addition to my extreme anxiety, I have also struggled to pay for my necessary care at times. I am so thankful to have found them and I highly recommend them if you have had negative dental experiences in the past!

Dr. Cera came in a gave me a quick exam and then I was told I had to go back out to reception to wait for a hygienist. My wait started at 35 minutes past my appointment time. I waited another 15 minutes and told them I had to leave for another appointment. So I went in for a cleaning and never got a cleaning. Worst of the worst.
