I called and spoke with Annie who she could not have been more helpful and understanding. She scheduled the consult for 4 business days out and said she couldn't schedule the surgery until after the consult. I mentioned that I was concerned we would miss an open slot if we waited, as time was short. Annie called me back a few minutes later and said she had gotten approval to reserve a slot the following week! I so appreciate her caring nature, professionalism and her extra effort to help us out. Bonita also comes highly recommended by Dr. Kayci Harris at Northern New Mexico Dental Center in Taos. And by my son, who works for DDent Labs in Santa Fe.

They are downright mean, even sadistic, unprofessional, and a complete waste of time and money (they don't take most insurance,) I suggest if you can go elsewhere to do so.

My first experience had been fairly frightening and I'd been hesitant about following up with the re-treatment for that tooth. Dr Kahn was very thorough and articulate in explaining what the procedure would entail. He was also able to explain what had gone wrong with the first procedure performed by the other doctor. The office staff was very efficient in the scheduling process and Carmella was exceptionally helpful in regards to my questions about insurance coverage. The actual root canal, while not pleasant, was pain free and over in an hour. I did have trouble initially in getting an appointment but I understand now that was likely a result of the answering service/undelivered message. I'm glad that I followed up and was able to get in for a consultation. I would highly recommend Dr. Kahn to those in need of a root canal or other endodontic treatment.

I was referred to him by my dentist and will never let him touch me. His not the only periodontist in town. When I booked my consultation I was told no charge for the appointment, now I have a bill which I have asked to have amended. He's just about the money. My recommendation seek another periodontist who acts with care about the feelings and well being of their patients. UPDATE: The office apparently has nobody in charge with customer service, I have written them 2 letters about my billing. I was billed for a consultation, that when I booked my appointment and asked them if there was a consultation fee the woman who answered said there was no charge. I paid for my x-rays and received a bill for the consultation after i requested it be removed. When I called the office to speak to the person in charge of billing I was told there was nobody who handled billing ! Really ?? That bill I also paid In exasperation with this issue. I now have been sent yet another bill for $16.58 which is apparently compounded interest. This I refuse to pay. It's absolutely ridiculous.
