Terrible experience with one of their hygienist's (Jessica) who not only took my number and details from a previous place she worked at but was very rude and then got family members to send inappropriate messages! Very unprofessional! RSE are aware of the whole situation but me and my husband no longer feel comfortable being patients here! We have since registered with a new dental practice. If you don't like going to the dentist..this is the place for you! I used to dread going to the dentist, but since I've been a patient at RSE I don't think twice about it. Their office works like a well oiled machine, they get you in and out super fast and everyone is so friendly and polite. Dr Stolarksi is wonderful and I would highly recommend her. They have convenient appointment times and I never have a long wait like in other dentist offices. I also love that you get to see the same team every time. After asking for a recommendation through a family friend and even though it was a 2.5 hour drive I was willing to try Dr. Ray as I had been unhappy with my local dentist (all sorts of fees, requests for unnecessary x-rays, critical, etc.). I cannot express enough appreciation and enthusiasm for the treatment I received here! The moment I stepped in to Dentistry by RSE in Katy, I felt incredibly welcomed and comfortable. The women at the front desk were friendly and patient as we sorted through insurance questions. In fact, Melanie checked me in and also happened to be my hygienist. (She said she comes in on her days off - talk about commitment!) We got to talking and discovered we had so much in common and knew a lot of the same people. The cleaning was pretty painless and less time consuming than I've experienced in recent years so that was a huge plus! By the time Dr. Ray came in, he felt like an old neighbor...he shared stories of how small the world is, love of travel and family. He also took the time to look at my teeth in detail and scanned images. It was a huge relief to hear such positive feedback from him and that I could explore Invisalign options with absolutely zero pressure to commit. They encouraged me to think about it but would would still take all necessary steps to get it ready in the case I did want to proceed. By the time I checked out, the entire payment plan was explained to me and answered all of my questions with ease. I left smiling for so many reasons... - I felt confident about current state of teeth health - Insurance and payment options were explained in detail and everything was straight-forward - I felt like a valued patient and agreed with Melanie's statement that "your relationship with your dentist is a lot like a real relationship" - I knew I found my new dentist home with staff members that treat you like family :) read more

Everyone. And I mean everyone in this office is wonderful. My husband HATES the dentist. And I got him go start going here and he cannot even complain! They have a beautiful office. It feels like home. Tons of chairs. I've been with only one other hygienist and loved them both! Dr. Ray is so amazingly sweet, personable and down right funny! They have state of the art equipment and are able to do sooo much in the office. I use a night guard for grinding and have been through 2 of them. He gave me an awesome alternative. Something I don't think just any dentist would suggest. They've got good treatment plans available that cover some cleanings and so on. It's worth checking out. I get my teeth cleaned every 3 months. Fantastic experience! The staff was all so friendly and really helped to make the whole experience quite a pleasure - mind you I like going to the dentist! The office and individual patient rooms were clean, organized and welcoming. The hygienist was pleasant and explained everything while doing it making sure I understood what was going on and the Dentist was great as well! I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a dentist in Cinco Ranch. Only con would be office hours. They have early times but it is difficult to get into their 7-4 hours when I am a teacher. read more

I called back,and I offered to pay the remaining amount to which I had agreed, but they told me there were no negotiations. It seems like every time I visit Dentistry by RSE, they have some great, new technology. They definitely stay on top of the latest advancements. This time it was a new panoramic X-ray machine, which is much faster and more comfortable than putting that hard, awkward piece in your mouth for each X-ray. You simply bite on a soft mouthpiece while the machine does one complete scan of our entire mouth. Their ability to take photos of the inside of my mouth and show them to me immediately help me understand everything that is going on and help me improve my daily efforts in dental care. Dr. Stolarski is great with children. My nephew used to be scared of dentists because of how painful the shots were at a different dental office. Dr. Stolarski would apply the numbing paste to his gums, then while keeping the syringe out of my nephew's sight, she would engage him in a conversation. Once his gums were numb, she would give him the shot without him ever seeing the syringe. Novocain washes out of me very quickly and previous dentists would just give me more, larger shots. Dr. Stolarski recommended that we try Septacain, so now I only have to get one regular shot instead of 3-4 large shots. Even though I'm generally only there twice per year for routine cleanings and check-ups, it seems as if the entire staff remembers me as if we just saw each other yesterday. read more

Great dentist here at this location they tell you truth about your teeth. Staff is very respectful and nice! I've never ever been to a dentist like this location before. I'm going to recommend all my family and friends to try this place out. Lovely office and clean equipments. Dental hygienist here does a fabulous job on cleaning teeth and making you comfortable the whole entire time. I will be keeping this dentist permanently for my future treatments. Scrupulously clean. This is not some slap dash strip center low cost bidder dental care facility. This IS a dental care facility designed to try and put the patient at ease in an attractive environment that caters to your privacy and concern. There is an army of dental hygienists and each has their own private room to work in. All of the equipment is sleek, clean and modern. You are treated as an adult and not denigrated if your personal teeth care regimen isn't optimal. At all times, the staff tries to put you at ease. Appointments start early in the morning to accommodate just about anyone's schedule. Highly recommended. read more

When no other dentist could treat my TMJ without surgery, Dr. Charles Ray found a non-surgical treatment that has relieved all my pain. He is a miracle worker. This is the only Dentist Office I know that treats each patient as if they are the most important person they've ever interacted with. Service across the board from the front desk, Dental Assistants, to the Doctors is phenomenal. My experiences over the past 10y have always been consistent - while each Dental Assistant & Doctor have their own unique styles, they operate under the common principle that "pain is not an option". They are like a well-oiled machine from the time it takes to analyze the problem, explain (re-explain if necessary) the root cause, treat while ensuring your comfort at all times, and make sure you leave more knowledgeable in preventative maintenance or understand appropriate post-op care/expectations. Average time is 1hr or less unless it's a more complicated procedure like a root canal. Yep, how many times have you heard somebody say they love going to the Dentist?! After 3 years of satisfactory experience, I am totally disappointed with a recent treatment cost. Crown installed by Dr. Kratz, in 2014 came out multiple times in a short space of a few months to the point that upon the last incident, he said it needed to be remade and would be installed at no cost to me. Taking him at his word, I returned for the installation of the renewed crown and at check-out found that they wanted to charge me over $1,200 for this service. On questioning the doctor on his charges he tried to justify it stating that he needed to install a post to ensure the crown would remain intact and clean up what he considered to be decay in the tooth. This should have been the original approach when he first worked on the tooth and installed the initial crown. After discussion he granted a $480 adjustment which was begrudgingly paid, obviously I couldn't take him at his original word of "no cost to me". The bill illustrated charges for all the individual steps he took in making his original work good hence, I've paid twice for the same treatment along with each time the old crown had to be replaced (almost $200 each time). As much as his work is professionally carried out, this dentistry operates in a way to maximize their income at the expense of their reputation as a trustworthy and reasonable practice. I won't be back and suggest anyone considering them to get all cost estimates in writing before you deal with them or seek another practice. read more
