Dentistry at the Biltmore handled my return well. It's been a long time since my last visit to the dentist I'm shamed to report however Covid made it difficult for all. I was happy to set an appointment and was happy over dentistry at the biltmore protocol for added safety and precaution. My technician was knowledgeable, professional and gentle. I can't say enough good things about this team of people. Even the necessary evil of the X ray or the gum measurements seemed to be handled with care. And as always, the dentist spent time reviewing my issues, habits and concerns and offered her own level of care. I am happy to report that I felt the added protection regarding Covid is taken seriously here and would recommend this practice. The only thing lacking was my technician didn't get my Little Shop of Horror reference but she's only ~25. All in all, it's 5 stars and zero cavities! read more

Growing up I had some bad experiences as a child with my Dentist. Unfortunately that has manifested into anxiety as I am scared of the dentist. I wasn't able to keep ignoring my toothe as it was infected and extremely painful. I finally was able to convince myself to call Dentistry at the Biltmore as it was recommended by another Dentist... To my surprise the staff fit me in the next day. They were super sweet and made me feel very comfortable as I rambled on about my anxiety. Dr. Leila Hakimzadeh explained what was going on with my toothe and was able to quell my anxiety.. I ended up booking to have my teeth cleaned before leaving. The office although small has a home like feel with modern twists. It's been updated very tastefully and is super clean. I selected Dr Leila as my primary care dentist through my insurance provider a number of months ago but just got around to scheduling an appointment (or trying to). The receptionist told me I needed to call Aetna to make sure I was assigned to their office because selecting it from my insurance providers website takes up to a month to update. I ensured her I selected it months ago and asked if she could look it up on her end since we were already speaking. She said no, because they were short staffed, and asked me to call my provider and then call back with their answer - without even making sure I needed to do that (which I ended up not needing to). Not a great first impression, I don't care if you are short staffed, you could have simply asked me to hold or taken my number to then call me back when you had time. read more

Had my first visit with Dr. Leila Hakimzadeh last week, and I've definitely found my new dentist. She's professional, bright (she discovered that my slight tooth discoloration in the front is because the nerve in my front tooth died - something that apparently all my past dentists have missed), and she takes proactive approaches to standard dental hygiene. I had some beginnings of decay due to lack of flossing in two areas - whoops - and she recognized this and applied an anti-cavity varnish to slow down the process. When she figured out that my front tooth was dead, she took the time to show me on the xrays exactly what she was seeing and to thoroughly explain the possible causes and implications (luckily not many!). I think I'll start flossing. Maybe she'll give me a sticker at my next visit. read more

I just visited for the first time today. This is such a welcoming office! The dentist was so kind and knowledgeable. Nobody tried to push extra services that would have cost more money on me. I felt safe as I knew the air was being filtered and the staff wore masks and face shields--such an imperative with the Delta variant on the rise. The hygienists were super friendly. I had a HUGE fear of dentists due a terrible experience I had years ago and after my boyfriend had started going here he convinced me to concur my fear and give them a chance. As he as well enjoyed his visit. I have to say Cindy the hygienist was the sweetest and most comforting. She made sure I was comfortable and ok with every step. I do have to say this experience was very emotional for me and she had the BEST bed side manner to keep me feeling safe and in good hands. Terrible dentist! Basically told me that because my insurance is a DHMO my husband and I are worthless to them. Wow! Suggested I can go to another dentist if I want copies of things like X-rays etc. Not only that, but the "treatment plans" provided claim there is decay that strait up doesn't exist. Just had an appointment with another dentist to confirm and Dentistry At The Biltmore fabricated the issues they stated I had. This dentist is unethical! I am amazed to see the other reviews posted here. Maybe friends of the employees? I don't know, but my experience there definitely wasn't 5 star worthy. I'd give negative stars if I could. read more

I did a little research to find a dentist that was in network and was good at cosmetic procedures. I came in for dental work and had to get a new crown on one of my molars. I was a bit concerned bc I have Invisalign trays and I thought it wouldn't fit. To my surprise they were able to make an exact replica permanent crown in house for me in like an hour. My mind was blown. I then debated recapping my front tooth which is very risky to change. Since I only needed on replaced I was super concerned about match the shape and color. The dentist listened to all my concerns and did a special order crown for me. The first one came and it was good but not perfect- we talked through what I wanted changed and sent it in for revisions. Although it took a little longer it was pure perfection. I could not be happier. The only reason I don't give this place 5 stars is bc the dental cleaning is still with metal scrapping your teeth vs high pressure water and they have a tendency to run a little behind. Neither of those are reasons I would stop coming. I'd highly recommend this dentist especially if you're doing more than an average checkup. read more

I had an unexpected dental "emergency" due to a medication I am on and was in a fair amount of pain. Dr. Leila was able to get me in for a consult and a cleaning the day after I called, which was amazing! She also communicated almost immediately with my periodontist, which was very much appreciated. Venessa was my dental hygienist and she was excellent at addressing my concerns, did a very thorough job of cleaning my teeth and gums, and was super friendly. Best of all, when I left after the cleaning the pain was starting to recede considerably. By the next morning the pain was almost completely gone. I so appreciate the efforts that this dental office made on my behalf, and am looking forward to working with them in the future! read more

They got me in very quickly for a chipped tooth. I was told my options. I felt this dentist was very honest about costs and was very fair. At other dentist offices I feel that I am initialing 12 different boxes agreeing to pay for things I don't even understand. This was the opposite. Literally this place is a joke! The dentist gave me a crown and asked me to wait three months before it wouldn't hurt. I went back and she asked to wait longer .... then reprimanded her assistant in front of me. I let it go and thought... ok nbd. I call back 6 months later to ask for an appt. and they advised it would be more than a month. She is not worth the wait and actually this is crazy to think people would even stand for this! I wish them all the luck and success! Look at my reviews... I don't hand out bad reviews. When you get a bad review from me you earned it. Went in for my first visit (cleaning) and I was pleasantly treated. They were very thorough. Don't come here, I wish I could give zero stars. As another reviewer said, Dr. Leila did a crown for me (my first and only) and I've been in pain and unable to chew on my left side since the pain medicine wore off from the procedure. She said it would be sensitive for 3 months so I didn't think much of it. When I did go back to the dentist for the pain with the crown, she didn't even ask where it was hurting, just had me bite some paper and used a drill to file down the crown. She also is not returning my calls after leaving a message for the doctor that the filing she did was unsuccessful. I will probably need a root canal now to fix what this doctor did to my mouth, on top of the $750 I paid for the crown she didn't do correctly. read more

I called for an appointment last week and scheduled a cleaning for Thursday at 7:45am. Great. I had a busy day at work Wednesday and noticed some calls from their office. After work I listened to their voicemails reminding me of the appointment. Fine. They asked me to call to confirm, but by now their office was already closed. I go in Thursday at 7:45am, and they inform me that they have given my appointment to someone else because I didn't call to confirm. The receptionist is apologetic but impolite ("Didn't you listen to my voicemails?"). I say I've never been required to reconfirm scheduled appointments at other dentists--she says it is standard practice. An assistant takes me back to discuss. She offers no accommodation, no understanding for my inability to take their calls due to my busy work schedule--only says that it is office policy to require confirming appointments the day before. The attitude that comes across is that you can either conform to this policy or leave. I left. Two stars only because my experience was fine the previous time I went for a cleaning and some fillings. But I will not go back again after being treated this way. read more

I'am very disappointed. After Covet they're only about the money. I asked about a price of a service the receptionist called me and told me she sent me an email for the price of the service. I called her back to at least explain about the price and she completely blew me off. Now I'm getting bills for things I have not received. So never received a service but they keep finding things to bill me for? For me to see them they even charge me an additional $20 and when I had my teeth clean they kept pushing other additional services. To me they're all about the money now and poor customer service. read more
