He plays it conservative when it comes to "drill'n and fill'n" teeth, he also doesn't look at your teeth like they're made of money. He's a blessing and the best in Plano, period. His staff are very friendly and were very apologetic for running 15 minutes later than scheduled which I appreciated (this is the exception, not the rule). The woman who cleaned my teeth was exceptionally gentle and just a genuine person. Overall, if you're wanting to be looked at like a patient and NOT a commodity then I'd suggest scheduling with him.

He advised the replacement of my metal fillings on my bottom molars. The dentist who did my crown and root canal said she would have advised me to leave my fillings alone and to only replace them when I absolutely had to. He and his staff will keep saying to you that they are offering the most "conservative" treatment just to keep you coming back and dumping more money into this practice. Scam. Stay away. I feel so stupid that I allowed myself to be deceived this way. I ruined a perfectly good tooth listening to this conman of a dentist. Just do yourself favor and don't visit this office. Trust me.

Your first impression with a dr office is always over the phone to set your first appointment. Wow! So friendly, professional and helping you over the phone answering as many questions as you might have. Setting up the appointment was easy and filling out all your new patient forms online was as well. We knew that our children do need braces since they were little (every pediatric dentist have been telling that to us based on the X-rays). Your little ones will need braces! So, we cam here preparing ourselves that it will be a long treatment that's not fully covered by insurance. First of all, Dr Ghosh is pretty awesome with children. He took away all their nervousness by engaging them in conversation, explaining and keep checking on them if they understand the treatment plan and how to take care of their braces. He also cracked little jokes here and there to make them smile and laugh, which is pretty awesome! The staff has been nothing but helpful and friendly. We had to come in couple of times to fix some issues on their braces. And we were able to get same day appointments and get any issues fixed right away. They also offer payment plans for patients which is great and thankfully they deal with all the insurance claims and I don't have to worry about a thing! And I can already see some improvements just after a month of wearing their braces, my kids teeth look already so much more straight! And it gives them such a confidence boost! We absolutely love Dr. Ghosh and his team here in Allen!

I would give Dr. Davis five stars based solely on his work and my experience during the surgery and…read moreimplant procedure. Unfortunately, my recent experience with the front office staff and manager was extremely disappointing. I scheduled a postoperative appointment so Dr. Davis could clear me to have my dentist place the crown. When I arrived, Shelly at the front desk told me the doctor was unavailable and claimed she had tried to reach me to reschedule, but that I never called back. I explained that I had returned her call three times during office hours and left a voicemail after no one answered. I also received two additional messages--one text and one email--asking me to confirm the appointment, which I did. Based on those messages, I reasonably believed the appointment was still scheduled. When I arrived, the front desk staff was dismissive. The manager was even more unhelpful. Although I showed her my call history and voicemail, she dismissed my concern and said it "didn't matter." After I explained that I had canceled part of my workday and driven 22 miles from downtown for the appointment, she attempted to clarify that she meant the matter was in the past. However, no apology was offered. If the voicemail had clearly stated that the office was calling to reschedule, I would not have assumed the appointment was still confirmed. Instead, the communication was unclear, followed by confirmation requests from the office. This was my second procedure with Dr. Davis, and my first experience was very positive. I value the customer-service experience as much as the medical care, so despite my confidence in Dr. Davis, I would consider other options if I needed another procedure.

How about earning a patient's trust before trying to charge thousands of dollars for a deep cleaning? To top it off, after "running the numbers," they told me a simple cleaning would cost $250. And after sitting in my car and reading more recent reviews, I realized it wasn't just me. This is a pattern. If you're considering this place, don't walk run the other way.
