The front desk woman is just the nicest person and handled everything in order to get my kids dentist updated. The dentist is so friendly and nice and so is her assistant. I just really recommend this office for kids because they are so patient and kind. They boost the kids up and give so many compliments and support my kids were just so at ease.

It was my daughters first trip to the dentist and the team here was phenomenal! She loved her experience and we will most definitely be back!

This is such a rip off. Do not take your children here!!! I brought my daughter in for a routine teeth cleaning and she was seen for less than 5 minutes. After the dentist was clearly confused/agitated about why we weren't doing xrays, (we did xrays less than a year ago and were told we didn't need them until she started losing her teeth) she proceeded with the "exam" and to "clean" my daughters teeth for no joke, 3 minutes. 3 minutes TOTAL is what she spent seeing my daughter. I happen to get a text right when she started and looked back at the time to confirm because I was shocked. How can anyone do a proper exam AND teeth cleaning in 3 minutes? Not possible. The doctor didn't even say a word to my excited 4 year old. Not a single word to either of us. After the "cleaning" the dr got up and walked out and goes "there's toothpaste on her face". Not bye. Not thank you for coming in. Nothing. I was shocked at the lack of bedside manner and I watched as my 4 year old was confused and sad as she had looked forward to the dentist all weekend. It's exciting at that age...or it's supposed to be. Upon checking out I received a bill of $196. For literally less than 5 minutes of a visit. The doctor was in her office eating a sandwich. I guess we had interrupted her lunch. Such a scam go somewhere else.

Been taking both kids to Little Smiles since they were in elementary school. Due to not being in network for my insurance, our last appt in January 2024, we were told and shown that our daughter had 5 cavities and the estimate would run around $1500. Dr. Jenny jokingly asked, "Do you drink Starbucks drinks because if so, we tend to see cavities in teens due to sugary drink consumption." I sought a 2nd opinion at my adult dentist knowing the cost to get them addressed would be lower, given they are in network since Little Smiles is not in network for us. To my surprise, x-ray films sent over and evaluated by my adult dentist discovered that my daughter had NO evidence of ANY cavities whatsoever--nor the beginnings of ANY cavities. In shock, I asked if they were certain. A second set of x-rays were taken to confirm and ease my mind. Again, ZERO cavities. Had I not sought their care to reduce cost, my daughter's beautiful adult teeth would have been drilled and modified for no reason. I warn everyone as I too had been warned that dentistry can be notorious for recommending unnecessary treatment to make a profit. My daughter had a friend who experienced something similar from Little Smiles. Unfortunately, this discovery ended my respect and my relationship at Little Smiles Dentistry in Cedar Park. They have a fun office with friendly staff and all but sometimes that can cover up lucrative practices if you as a consumer are not vigilant. I'm fortunate that my circumstances resulted in preventing unnecessary dental work for my daughter's adult teeth. We go twice per year for regular checkups and the next checkups at our adult dentist confirmed--STILL ZERO cavities whatsoever this past January 2025. Both of my daughters have been cavity free their entire lives so far and we hope to keep it that way. My advice, get a 2nd opinion if you have the time especially when it involves your child's permanent teeth.

Our 18 month old baby had his first dentist appointment today and it was so great! Upon arrival,…read moreyou park at a designated parking spot and let the front desk know so you can fill out paperwork in car due to covid or if you're comfortable coming in, entering with mask to fill out in the waiting room. It is such a great environment for pediatric care and littles with teeth. Our baby has teeth still erupting but he was able to get his check up, cleaning, flossing, and fluoride administered. Dr. Gregerson was so kind and so was our dental assistant and the front desk folks who helped us every step of the way and calmed mom and dad's nerves. While baby did not like it, they walked us through how to get squirmy baby in and out and did the cleaning with such finess and speed both my husband and I were stunned with how quickly that went, we were both in awe at how he was able to floss baby's tiny teeth. Everything is looking great on his development of teeth, and we look forward to setting these healthy habits so our little one looks forward to a great bill of health. The fact that they are so happy to provide positive reinforcement for anxious kids is so appreciative for us as first time parents. Even more fun was seeing they help play movies like Cars for our baby and there were even video games that my husband indulged in. We can't wait to return in 6 months when our baby goes back so we can keep up making sure his teeth and mouth are in top shape.
