I'm such a wimp when it comes to mouth pain or anticipating mouth discomfort/bad news, but when I found out I had to have a root canal, Clearly Cares was there supporting me through the whole process. It makes such a difference to find a dentist, dental hygienist and staff who didn't make me feel like just another patient, but treated me with such kindness that I always felt I was in the best hands. I've been coming to Clearly Cares for a few years and am thrilled to see them expand to their current space on Elston. It's a beautiful, spacious clinic with large, modern, quiet exam rooms with new, comfortable chairs. There are flat screen TVs on the wall *and* on the ceiling with speakers on the chair headrests which allow you to hear whatever you are watching. At the beginning of your appointment they ask you if you'd like to stream something on Netflix. Why doesn't every office use technology like this to make their patients more comfortable? It's very relaxing to watch a nature program for example, during a routine exam or cleaning. When I've had a concern, question or request, it's always been handled in the most respectful and courteous way. I've really felt safe and cared for at this office. I'm sure this would be the case if I ever had a serious issue and recommend anyone with dental concerns or who is nervous about going to the dentist come here.

She had a look and told me I was good, and I was sufficiently impressed with both her and her office assistant, Rosie, that I decided to make them my go-to dentist. That was about a year ago, and so far it's been all smooth sailing. However, I feel like you never really know your dentist until something goes wrong - and today it did. I went in for "Max, two hours, one cavity for sure, maybe another." It turned into 4 hours of sweat, a teensy bit of blood, and no tears. The whole time she was perky and apologetic that this was happening (No need to apologize - my tooth is the one who owes us an apology!). She was also very patient with me, since my nerve was sufficiently ticked off that it took three rounds of anesthetic to get me to a place I couldn't feel anything. So, time for a solid Yelp review. My jaw is a bit sore from exertion, but when something went awry, I felt I was in good hands.

I was previously disappointed in a crown they placed, when I mentioned it was too large and I kept biting my cheek, I was told that I would get used to it.
