The integrity staff informed me that they don't get pre authorizations any more the best I could get was paying half of the $300+ Next I received a $75.00 missed appointment fee. I had a filling redone that was not urgent; the staff did not check to see if I had a waiting period before being able to get some services with my new insurance. I ended up having to pay out-of-pocket for the full expense. I've never had a dental office have this lack of regard before. Also, in hindsight, I don't think I needed my filling redone and wish I wouldn't have had the service in the first place. I think they push unnecessary services. I definitely felt like a wallet.
