The provider agreed to see me even though it was a bit before closing time. EVERYONE there VERY polite/pleasant & accommodating. Had my issue dealt with promptly & was sent on my way. Tried to add this review to previous one but the site wouldn't let me. Anyway, MUCH better experience!! Thank you!!

The staff here are all wonderful! Their phone system is the WORST! My provider has asked me to call…read morehim a week after my appointment to see how a recent medication change is going. You have to leave them a message through a call center which they may or may not receive. The first time this happened, I ended up in the emergency room twice in 1 week while waiting for them to return my call. Last week we changed my meds up again and the provider said he would call me back on Monday, it's Tuesday and still no word. Left a message with the call center and they advised that he will get back to me at his convenience. If I end up in the ER again I may have to seek legal action.
