From the first moment we called, Deidra their front desk person, did her best to schedule appointments when we walked through the door, every member of the staff made us feel welcome. Everyone is friendly, professional, and genuinely kind, creating an atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. Dr. Lindh was kind enough to make time to see my husband when he had an emergency even though we were new patients and Dr. Orris was exceptional. She took the time to listen, explain everything thoroughly, and make sure we feel comfortable every step of the way. Her expertise is evident, but what truly sets them apart is the compassion and respect she shows their patients. We are so grateful to have found them and highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for excellent dental care with a truly caring touch.

I hate leaving negative reviews, but after repeated billing issues, I ultimately decided to leave…read morethis practice. The dentists and clinical staff were always pleasant, but the billing experience was incredibly frustrating. Over the course of more than a year, I repeatedly received statements for balances that I did not actually owe. I spent hours on the phone with my insurance company, and on multiple occasions my insurance representative had to contact the office directly to explain how the claim should be processed and how to interpret the Explanation of Benefits (EOB). Despite this, the billing problems continued. I even received bills for services that were over a year old, and most recently I received another statement for a balance that both my insurance company and my own records show has already been paid. Everyone makes mistakes, but when the same billing issues happen over and over, it becomes exhausting for patients. I finally chose to find another dentist--not because of the dental care, but because I no longer had confidence in the billing process. If you choose this practice, I strongly recommend keeping copies of your EOBs and payment records and reviewing every statement carefully.

The appointment began in a small office, where I was asked what "bothered me today"? rather than being examined in a dental chair. I was only moved to the chair after I asked for a clinical evaluation. Dr. Cabanillas briefly reviewed the X-rays I brought and immediately recommended removing most of my teeth and placing full-arch prosthetics for a flat $100,000. No clinical examination, functional assessment, occlusal evaluation, or diagnostic work-up was performed before presenting this plan. When I asked for a diagnostic model to be made, something that is typically a part of prosthodontic planning, I was told, "I don't do models. You need to find another provider.?" I left with no detailed evaluation, no individualized treatment plan, and no explanation of alternative options. This was not the prosthodontic consultation I expected.

My dental hygienist, Michelle, is super awesome. She tells you how it is, but in a friendly way, not a scolding way. She tells you what you need to work on to improve your gum health and she is very knowledgeable. I plan on keeping this office as my dentist. I understand that Medicare has its set pricing and that is what they pay the dentists for service…read more I understand that dentists have to be creative in order to make more money that Medicare is not offering to pay. With that in mind, here is my story. I signed up to one Medicare insurance in order to take advantage of the money allowance they give on their benefit card. I lost my doctors and had to get new doctors, including dentist. But I got a good amount for food and things like utilities, uber, etc... This dentist was on the list. I called and made an appt for my 6 month teeth cleaning. Got there and first thing they did was take x-rays. Second thing they did was doctor came in and gave me an exam. Now normally, the dentist comes in AFTER the cleaning and does the exam. This dentist did the exam before the cleaning. After her exam, she told me that my mouth was unhealthy and my gums were inflamed and bleeding... SOMETHING THAT I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED BEFORE! I was SHOCKED!!. How on earth did my mouth go from healthy to unhealthy in 6 months????? She refused to let the hygienist clean my teeth and told me i needed a complete mouth/gum scaling.. The insurance i had would not cover it and my out of pocket was ENORMOUS! I went home and thought about it. I get my teeth cleaned every 6 months. I have absolutely no gum problems or gum bleeding. I called around to other Medicare plans to see who had the best dental for me... I went back to my prior Medicare insurance, got my old dentist back and made an appt for a teeth cleaning and doctor consult. Today, I got my teeth cleaned, got x-rays and the dentist did an oral exam AFTER my teeth cleaning. I asked the dentist how my mouth was. How my gums were. Are my gums bleeding. She told me my mouth is healthy, my gums do not bleed and there is no inflammation. This was a bummer. This dentist chose the wrong person to try and take advantage of Medicare with. Don't lie to me. Don't tell me my mouth is unhealthy. It will come back and bite you in the derrière.
