Dave is AMAZING!!!!! I would give 10 stars if I could. He is professional, efficient, extremely reasonably priced and detailed. I got a baseball sized dent/ding on my car in a very tricky spot. It was located both above and below a seam that runs along the length of the car. We honestly did not think there would be anyway to complete remove this dent/ding. Dave did it....my car looks perfect!!!! I cannot even tell where the dent had been. I have attached the before and after pictures. Dave came to my place of work and removed several dents one that I didn't think could actually be removed. He did a great job and even gave me a discount because I am a veteran. I am super picky when it comes to my car and little things like dents drive me crazy. I'm not exactly sure how he does it but all of the dents magically disappeared. I contacted Dave after my Toyota service adviser referred him (with the highest recommendations). Although I didn't need a paint-less dent removal, my left front bumper had dislodged a bit from exiting the garage and we thought Dave might have a body shop vendor to refer that was "reasonable" and trustworthy. The dealership had offered me $600-$700 to get a new bumper/install per Toyota's specs, which didn't make $$ sense. Dave replied almost immediately to my text- and we set up an appointment the next day. That's fast! He came out a bit early as well, which was nice; looked over the issue and said he thought he could fix it since the bumper's tabs weren't broken off and could be re-attached to secure the bumper. I didn't realize Dave also had prior body shop experience, which he explained, so this was a real bonus-- he could fix the bumper issue on the spot. Bumper was promptly re-attached, scratched paint area buffed out to great condition, and problems was solved for a small fraction of what the dealer's work would have cost. Dave is now my go-to contact for any future auto body dings or perhaps even other minor body work, since he can do that as well. I'm a believer! Never having done Paintless Dent Removal before, I assumed it was a half baked compromise to getting "real" bodywork done. Dave was referred by the Collision shop estimating some pretty extensive door damage - but no broken paint - to my Jeep ($1100.00). As the vehicle is otherwise pristine, was dreading the whole Rental car reimbursement, time wasting, paint not matching, overspray everywhere, re-assembled with broken or missing emblems and clips, crappy rushed work, etc. Decided to take a chance on the referral to Dave from the same Collision shop who thought the door could be saved. (Go figure, a Body Shop doing the right thing!) Very skeptically, I had Dave come out, estimate, then return another day to do the work. As he represented a 90+% fix, I thought it was worth a try, fully expecting I was going to have the job completed by going the Body Shop route anyway - WRONG! Coming from an OCD perfectionist on these matters, I have one word for Dave... Awesome!! In less than an hour. he told me it was done. I went outside to have a look - the door (the worst one, Driver's) was brand new (no, really!). Not only did he repair the damage (it was a nasty crease and door ding from Beach parking), he polished the scratches out as well. I tried to find something wrong with it, 2 days later from all angles and lighting - can't. It's new, damage never happened. Having Dave back to do my wife's car as well, and will refer him to anyone I can - especially Uber picky Body Shop butcher dreading individuals like myself! This review doesn't do his work justice. On top of it all, he's a good guy, sticks to his appointment (and quote), is quick, non invasive (didn't have to take the door panel off), and if anything, undersells his abilities - a rare thing in the B.S'ing Auto repair world in general! Don't think Paintless Dent Removal is "all the same", save yourself time, money and grief - use this Guy!!! read more

Dave the dent specialist is a master at dent removal. He saved us a trip to the body shop. Another dent removal technician had attempted to remove a dent on our new car, but since it was on a curved piece, he said he could only remove one half of the dent. He said if you removed both sides of the dent, the paint on the curve that had been pushed in would split. Then we would have to get the car painted. Extremely unwilling to paint a new car, we contacted Dave who has done amazing work for us as well as our friends in the past, and he was able to remove the dent completely with zero damage to the paint. He explained that most dent removal technicians can get a dent nine-tenths of the way there, but the last 10% is a real art, and takes a lot of knowledge and experience. Since Dave has been doing this for 20 years, he is able to make dents look as though they never occurred. You don't even have to bring your car to him, he comes to your location. We recommend Dave to all of our friends, and anyone who needs a dent removal job done right. read more
