Went into Dent Masters 2 weeks ago to get an assessment on 2 dents that I had on my car. They…read morelooked at the damage and we talked about scheduling an appointment. Two ladies were in the office and the receptionist called the other lady and we talked Scott appointment dates. We finally settled on a Monday appointment at 8. I was apprehensive on setting the appointment on Monday but that was the best day for me. The ladies assured me that Monday would be a good date and I would get a text reminder on Sunday. We set the date for 2/02 and I left. On Sunday I received a text reminder. On Monday I rearranged my work schedule to get the dents repaired at 8 am. I showed up at 8 and the doors of the business were locked. Two men showed up at 8:05 or so. The first man opened the door and when I came in he didn't have access to the computer. The next guy came in and told me that the business doesn't do Monday at 8 appointments. He debated with me that I couldn't have an appointment at that time and then he located my appointment and continued to debate me. I eventually left and I will find another dent repair business that values customers. This business apparently doesn't.

I didn't realize that I also had hail damage. I got the bumper and quarter panel fixed, but not the hail damage. I used the check from the hail damage to pay the deductible and had enough left to pay off the balance I had due on my loan. I wouldn't have even known that were an option without help from the Caliber staff. Six months later, my car was totaled by a jerk who ran through a green stop light who was supposed to yield. Ugh. Flash forward to a little over a week ago. My boyfriend's truck was rear ended by, surprise, an uninsured driver. While fixing the tailgate, they fixed an old dent for super cheap. Our truck was actually returned in better quality than before the wreck. Caliber is amazing! And thank heavens for full coverage.

We got a phone call that they were in and we brought the car in around July or August of that year. It still was not fixed 100%. I continue to call and they continue to say they would call me back. Here we are September 2024 almost 2 years later. I finally got a hold of someone and advised him that I think we were just forgot about. He had me bring it in to see which parts we needed. Scheduled a time to drop it off. They replaced the parts, but now I have drip marks and spots all over the inside of my car. It has been nothing but a hassle. They seem nice when you're talking to them, but the service is horrible. They don't double check, and make sure that the car looks presentable. I have no clue what is splattered all over my car. I only hope it comes off.
