It was a four-car collision caused by a driver who swerved to exit the freeway in front of us. The car behind me was tailgating, which left me and the car in front of me sandwiched with nowhere to swerve--there was construction and bottlenecked traffic in the left lane and a cement wall on the right. Both the driver who caused the accident and the one behind me sped away. I was shaken, scared, and overwhelmed, unsure of what to do. To make matters worse, I was close to paying off my car. I've always been a careful driver, and the chaos on the roads today is infuriating. Careless, thoughtless drivers who don't maintain safe distances and weave in and out like daredevils make driving incredibly frustrating. The patrol officer called a company to tow my car. When I contacted M & G Body to tow my truck to their lot and assess the damage, they arrived at the impound lot bright and early. The M & G tow driver was friendly, helpful, and quick. Linda and Melissa from M & G promptly provided cost-saving guidance and outlined my next steps to expedite the process. Charlie assessed my car and recommended getting a new one, as the repair costs exceeded the car's value. Throughout the entire process, I felt cared for, heard, and guided on how to move forward after the wreck. Their customer service was impeccable. Charlie offered valuable insight into my options, including selling the car to a junkyard or to someone interested in the parts or the whole vehicle. They gave me a recommendation for a towing company to bring my car to their shop. They allowed me to leave my rental car there and they contacted Enterprise so that it could get picked up. They gave me a breakdown of everything that they did on my car. One of their mechanics went to look at the car with me to make sure that I understood everything and felt comfortable before I left. They vacuumed and cleaned my car that had not been touched since the accident. Before dropping my car off, I was too anxious to even get in my car. I was so appreciative of them taking that step to make sure that it looked great when I drove it for the first time in two months. The repairs were covered by insurance so I can't really speak to the price. However, in the past I never felt that they were overcharging. Overall, working with them was so stress free. Install a previously purchased car amplifier and a previously purchased subwoofer cabinet…read morecontaining 2-12 inch subwoofers. where should I start first of all? I am no car stereo installer but I have done many of my own. It just so happened. I was very very busy with work and I wanted the system installed so I had to find an installer well this was a big mistake. Just to do the install which meant running a line converter actually put in the subs in the trunk and connecting the amp $850. all the work was done in the trunk. They didn't have to run the main power of the wire up or anything so it wasn't difficult so I had a few months started having problems with it so I had the time so I went ahead and got in here and seeing what was going on. The line converter they put in there melted! that could've caused a car fire. The next biggy I seen was 50ft of rca cable that was bunched up and stuffed underneath the service area in the trunk. Both the line converter and the RCA cables could've probably been purchased on Temu for $1.50 they were that cheap. That prompted me to just undo everything they did and redo it and man was it a mess the cheapest stuff you could think of they used and horrible at running wires and hiding this and putting the all the interior panels back together is a horrible job all the way around. they didn't quote me on the job originally they said well you know it depends on how much work it is. I don't think that should've included four hours worth of breaks for two people anyway either way, believe me it wasn't $850 worth of work if I do it for somebody I would probably charge them 150+ wire and line converter which would've been a different line converter of course. That said I wouldn't let them work on somebody's car that I didn't like. Worst experience I ever had in a car stereo store of any caliber. I would be glad to give him a zero but you have to do at least a one. I mean I took $850 and flushed it in the toilet because there was nothing that they put in there that I kept and everything they did I had to redo that said seriously I wouldn't have no work done there if I were you

After walking into a couple other places,…read moreincluding Jake Sweeney Body Shop (bought my car from Jake Sweeney), to talk about the damage and getting the repairs done, I walked into Llanfair Auto Body and was greeted by Dave. He instantly came outside and looked at my car and discussed what all things would need replacing. Within a few minutes of him talking and letting me know, I felt confident that he could get the job done and bring my car back to its life after this disaster of an accident that wasn't my fault. Fast forward to some time in the future, I was involved in a small fender bender in the parking lot at work (not my fault again). I instantly took the car to Dave to look at and see what I'm looking at in cost and time frame. Both times, he gave me a true cost, didn't try to overdue anything, advised me on how I should get a rental car and reassured me that he would be able to make my baby new again. Within a week or two later, I called Dave and we set up a good time to get the car dropped off. Once the car was in, he kept me updated on exactly everything that was going on in great detail. While there were obstacles that pushed the original time frame back, I remained confident in Llanfair because they were working their butts off to bring my car back. After 3 long weeks of being without my car, I got the call from Nathan (one of the body techs, very cool guy) that my car was ready. I instantly got happy and nervous at the same time. Once I entered the parking lot and saw my car, my jaw dropped as the sun shined off the Mazda emblem in the front. The entire car was very shiny, very well put together, very clean and extremely beautiful again. I have to say thank you so much to Dave, Nathan and the rest of the crew at Llanfair Auto Body for doing such an amazing job on my car. I was very picky on who I wanted to touch my car and became very excited at the end result. After going so long with the side of my car a bit banged up, I now look back at my car at least 5 times and do a walk around every time I get out now.
