I got my car back the day before we moved back to Cincy. The repair was done horribly. Upon my return I took my car to Ron, who completely went over the whole car himself. He then contacted the body shop in New York about their work, with an itemized list and repaired my car correctly. The car had to be totally taken apart down to the frame again as even the paint did not match. The repair was done perfectly by Ron's Complete Auto Body. The body shop in New York paid Ron to do the repair because they knew that their work was not acceptable. He was able to do this due to his expertise and attention to detail. The professional attitude and ability to immediately point out how wrong the first repair was proved to me that I had to just give it to Ron and he would take care of it. The customer service was impeccable, he kept me updated on the job from start to finish. I would not take my business anywhere else in the future and would highly recommend Ron's Complete to anyone. I would rate his shop the best of the best. Professionalism, honesty, high quality work, advanced technology in the workplace , accountability, and high reliability are just a few of the ways to describe Ron's Complete. The name says it all, your repair will be done correctly with awesome customer service throughout. Thanks again Ron, Sheri B.

Insurance company sent someone out appraised it and cut a check the day it was dropped off. I called the next Monday to make sure it would be done. They took payment and told the insurance company (through email because they wouldn't answer the phone for multiple days) the car was fixed. My insurance company's partner shop wasn't available until several weeks later and it was too far away. I found Boruske bros on Yelp with one of the best ratings near the Clifton area. I was too anxious that it was going to be so complicated like most mechanic visits and that they might overcharge me with BS services. When I got there, I met Brad who was very nice. With a quick look he easily determined that that my car might be a total loss. I was so convinced I just had a broken bumper! He explained what a total loss was and what my options were. He even talked to my insurance company for me. I usually try to figure things out in time but I didn't even have to do anything thIs time. He made sure I got offered rental services, which I turned down initially so he offered me a ride to work. The lady who drove me was very nice, too. I left my car at their shop until I had the chance to collect my stuff and they let me drop off my rental at their shop too, all for FREE! Of course my insurance company paid for car storage but there was nothing to inconvenience me. My transition to my new car was waaaaaaay smoother than my previous car purchase all because of the help from Brad and his crew. Finally, John, another employee there gave me a ride home when I left my rental and collected my stuff. I asked Brad if he was sure I didn't need to pay for anything at all as I'm always skeptical. It was too good to be true but it was true. I am so happy not only with the service but also with meeting all these nice people. They're genuinely friendly and helpful.
