We needed something affordable and something reasonable given the age of the vehicle with quality results- which is a tough ask! Otherwise, we'd need to go ahead with a panel replacement and spend ~$2000+ After speaking with this business, we had quick replies (minutes), quick scheduling (avail in less than 2 days), a fast turnaround (less than 2hrs), clear communication (on yelp scheduling & over text), an incredibly fair price ($500 in this case), great convenience (came out to friend's apartment and was able to do everything in the garage) and great quality results! All positive things to say, definitely would work with Tony again! Check out the before and after to see how bad the damage was and how it looks now, we were quite pleased, paint came out great, most of the originally massive dent was evened out, and now the whole area is looking good as new from many angles! They came back out and fixed the car to look much better! I didn't want to get a new bumper so they fixed the one I already had and they did a great job for how dented it was the same with the door, there were many scratches on the side and now you can't see those at all. Upon arrival I was greeted and we agreed that with $ 5000 my car will be fixed and didn't bargain regarding pricing at all. After two week the car was ready and before accepting the job I did check the car and I see the engine light of the car is on!!? The owner which has no clue and history of running a business as mechanic shop tells me that don't worry I know people who can pass your car through inspection!!!! I said noooo!! This is not the way it works. We make a deal I have paid you what you asked I this needs to be fixed. He said that my mechanic say the issue is not related to you radiator fan and etc .. that you brought your car for!! And the added extra charge for changing the O2 sensor , after two weeks I noticed there is an oil leak under my car in the parking lot garage, and took the car back, owner says it not related to your accident that oil filter leaks, which all were related because my radiator was punctured, well there it is another charge for oil filter washerin two week so have to bring the car back because the temperature gauge is above normal!! He too much rely on his mechanic since he purchased the business from previous owner with the mechanic and he wants to keep the mechanic for this reason against my workweek another charge for oil filter washer also my head lights which were replaced had too much blind spot and whatever they to fix I t failed and I did accept. After another two week that started to make a squeaky noise which I had to have the mechanic to listen when I was moving the car when was Turner off , and found out when were the front bumper and radiator the did not secure the battery harness when fixing the front of the car. Making the story short with all the problems with paining and more the going back to the shop after 12 times to the shop even on time which the owner told the mechanic to check my vehicle and he said he can't because he didn't like me since I was making the right comments!! I did gave it way even the owner Ray made a comment the he will buy me a complimentary gift so I forget all the issues that happened. The assistant manager (Ashton) is well aware of all pain and suffering that I have been through. I did thank them and refused to ask for any thing. The last word of the owner was that I knew that you were trouble from the beginning (I wish people who runs a business had a clue what they are getting in). So so today after two years I just wanted how respectful they are and I had a problem with my other car, called the owner and he said I don't have time this week (we are fully booked)and I since it's not and urgent matter it can want for next week and he never responded back.. I did test this business for two times and they failed. I do not recommend this business since they are looking for easy and lucrative jobs.

They gave me a two-hour window for their arrival and showed up 15 minutes into that window. The whole job, including some preexistent scuffing on the side of the bumper, took about two hours, all done in my driveway. The color match and finish is impeccable and the price is less than a third of what a body shop would have cost me, not counting leaving the vehicle and having to get a rental while they did it. Multiple, convenient ways to pay. Cannot say enough good about this business (I almost want to call it a service), and Shannon who came and did all the work. Top notch, down-to-earth good neighbors. Along with a full repaint, there were a number of small to medium maintenance things that needed doing, re surfacing the interior ceiling with new cloth, fixing some minor body issues, polishing and clearing up my head lamps. It was a lot of work, and took about a month - but when I got my car back on the other end I almost didn't recognize it. I was informed exactly where they were in their process through text mails that lead you to a dashboard which displays Dropped Off - Started - Finished - Picked Up. In addition, it displays the costs and deductible with contacts with DFW and your insurance provider. Overall, they did a great job on my car, and they were able to help fund the deductible based on my financial situation. My story with DFW Pro Bright Star is rather long…read more Being new to Texas and not having established quality relationships with local businesses, I was totally in the dark about where to take my White BMW 535i that had been damaged by the Transport Company in July of 2018. DFW was my fourth visit. I was skeptical about the business and the area it was in, but Peyman eased my concerns immediately. He listened and he was very hospitable and informative of the process and timeline for repair. When my Wife dropped off the car for repair, they paid for an Uber to get her back home! The car looked great once finished and I was a happy camper. Fast forward to October 2019, I noticed several dark spots on my hood where it had been painted the year previous. You could tell the spots were under the paint and I could not polish them out. I took the car back to DFW Pro Bright Star and Pouya, not only greeted me with a friendly smile, he actually remembered me from over a year ago. He quickly assessed the situation and without hesitation, he asked me to leave the car so they can take care of it. After four days, they called me to say my car was finish and to come get it. They backed up the work they originally did and my car looked new once again...no charge! I was impressed with their commitment to doing great work and pleasing the customer!
