I recently bought a new car, and during inspection of it,I noticed it had a small ding/crease in the passengers side door near the mirror. Although I thought I could possibly live with it, I realized when I drove around in my mind it had a big ol neon sign around it saying "Hey look here!" So, on to Yelp I go in search of Paint-Less Dent Removal. I did a lot of research and called quite a few places in search of a quote. Although I got quite a few quotes, Dent Authority was the only company that continue to stay in contact with me, and answered my calls or texts in a reasonable amount of time. Honestly some did not even reply after the first contact with them. Soon enough Dean contacted me and we exchanged texts back and forth, I had a few questions, and he always was quick to respond. We set up and appointment for him to come out, and he was extremely flexible with me and my schedule. He showed up right on time and explained what he was going to do. He got to work on my car, and within no time, maybe 45-50 minutes or so, I walked outside to check on everything, and he was all done. I walked over to check out his work, and sure enough, I could not even find where the dent ever was. My dent was almost like a crease and yes, he did in fact get it about 99% out. I was not expecting it to be that great, and surprised and excited I was. I cannot begin to tell you what an awesome job Dean did, as well as being a very trustworthy, professional and simply just a nice guy. I would highly recommend calling Dent Authority if you have any size dent or ding in your car. I am confident Dean can work his magic on you car just as he did with mine! read more

I picked up a couple of dents in the hood of my Jeep (my fault) and wanted them gone. I had used Todd with Dent Authority a number of years ago and was very happy, so I called to talk with Todd. Todd was no longer there, but I was warmly greeted by Dawn who took care of me. She made the whole process seamless. I snapped a couple pictures of the dents and she came back with a fair price to perform the work. I requested the work be completed on Monday. Dean the service tech called me Monday morning and arrived right on time. Dean got to work and within an hour he magically made the dents go away! He was great to work with and a true "master" at his trade. Kudos to Dawn and Dean! read more

Amazing work by Todd! Got a quote and Todd's card from one of the guys at Las Flores car wash on Antonio and Oso. Gave Todd a call a couple days later after getting several other more expensive quotes. He was on time, super friendly and did a fantastic job. Looks like new and it only took 30 min. Will definitely call again if the need arises. Thanks again Todd! read more

I have used Dent Authority on two separate occasions. The dents were in very difficult locations and Todd was able to remove them without any problem. Wow! Totally amazing job and incredible value. I really had a sizable fender dent, from some a**hole opening their door on my 2014 Accord, but now I can't even figure out where it happened. I checked with over ten guys in the area to do some major PDR for my car. Many of them quoted me for literally two times what Todd offered. Not only did Todd give me the lowest quote out of all of them, he also pointed out a potential safety problem with my door, as well as other dents around my car that I didn't even notice. None of the other guys even mentioned them. Even better, he threw all the extra repairs in for free. Thanks so much for the help Todd! read more

I was referred to Todd by our mechanic. First I texted Todd a photo of the dings on my car. Second he texted me back a quote after a few questions. Third he came to my home the next day and within the hour the problem area was brand new. The price he charged me was very reasonable and his work is impeccable. Call Todd he will get your dents out and you will be happy. PS: He is a nice guy too! read more

Todd did a great job on my Subaru! My son put dent in my car with a camping chair when it was brand new. I have lived with it for a while, I assumed it would be pretty pricey to have it removed. A coworker was having a dent removed by Todd so I inquired , it was not nearly what I thought it would cost. Todd is extremely fair and does good work. I would definitely recommend him! read more

Todd was prompt, professional and knowledgeable! I would definitely call him to do other repairs should the need arise. Call him, you won't be disappointed! read more

Todd, the owner of Dent Authority, is as good as they get: Professional, experienced, meticulous, thorough, patient, and absolutely the master of the art of dent removal. I wouldn't doubt the fact that he in fact the Dent Authority! When I initially reached out on yelp for quotes, I received a few responses...but what separates Todd from the rest is that he actually answered all of my questions and was very quick to respond. His quote was super competitive and based on the other yelpers...his work is perfect. I contacted Todd for an appointment and he was flexible to accommodate my busy schedule. Today he showed up on time, removed a ton of dents on an m3 (I recently purchased), and went the extra mile to remove another dent on my lexus too! He never gouged me on pricing nor complained even though he spent extra time on my other vehicle... and also helped me with installing my new tail lights since he had the tools. Needless to say, to find an automotive professional who is passionate about his craft and goes above and beyond is rare in my opinion. Most guys just want to rush the job, take your money and run..but Todd is different. I am thankful to have had Todd work on my cars and without a shadow of a doubt I would refer anybody looking for an honest professional to contact Todd. Take my word for it, no need to shop around if you have dings or dents on your precious vehicle that needs TLC. Don't call Saul...call Todd!! read more

I've used Todd countless times over the past 15 years and have always been pleased with his work. He just came out to fix a windshield chip in my wife's BMW and 2 weeks later in my Maserati. While at my house for the Maserati he removed a dent in my Sprinter and wouldn't accept payment for the dent removal. He's the best I've used over the past 25 years. read more

While I can't speak to the work performed, I can speak to the character and ethics of Todd, the owner. I talked to him about a dent in my car. He was totally honest about it and said the dent wasn't able to be easily fixed given the location on the car. So much better than other experiences I have had where people have tried to fix something and then somehow turned it into my fault why it couldn't be fixed. All this and he gave me a free jar of paint to at least cover up the rust and a few other scratches. Good people. read more

I heard about Todd from a friend of mine. I had a softball land on my roof during practice one day and didn't find out until after. So, my friend saw the dent on my roof and said he knew a good guy. Very fast, responsive, personable and talented! Fair size dent in the door of my Audi Q7 that prevented the window from going up/down. 1 hour and it's like new. Called a few other folks as I needed a quick fix due to rain and most told me (after seeing pictures) that I'd need to go to a body shop. Saved a lot of time and money by hiring Todd. read more

These days, finding and hiring good people is not as easy as it should be. It becomes irritating, frustrating and often ends up in disappointment, "personally speaking". I like things done right the first time, show up when you are supposed to, know what your doing and don't try to rip me off. When I do find good people with various specialties I hang onto those contacts and "I only" refer people I know, will not let others down as I do not want a bad referral to come back on me Todd has been in the trade for a long time and I have hired him more than once over the years to take care of dents and dings on our Real Estate vehicles. His communication is excellent and he shows up on time. He works really hard and does a great job. Also I found the prices to be very fair. On one job he did it so quick he did not charge and blatantly refused to accept payment. A+ read more

Super happy with my repaired windshield. I had a pebble hit my windshield while driving on the freeway and leave a small crack in my windshield. The appointment was quickly set and convenient to my location and schedule. My concern was two door dings. Todd removed the dings and to my eye it was as if they were never there. After walking around my car, Todd was able to buff out minor door bang marks, buff out calcium fingernail scratches from door handles, and buff out the cloudy oxidation from my headlights. I was satisfied with Todd's on time arrival and work. I would recommend his reasonably priced, quality service. read more

I contacted Todd because because he was local and because of his positive reviews. I called Todd he answered right away, he had me send over a few pictures of the dent and within minutes he was able to give an estimate and arrange a time when he could come out. When Todd came out to perform the work he was very friendly, courteous and professional, he went to work on it right away, by the time he had finished I was VERY impressed with his workmanship, you couldn't even tell there was ever a dent!!! Todd from Dent Authority did a great job lifting the dent on the top of my trunk of my Bimmer! The dent was a complete eyesore when I purchased the car used from my friend a few months ago. Todd took time to get the ding out, then color sanded the area and now you can't tell there was ever a problem. Thanks again for a job well done! read more

I walked out to my car on Jan 18, 2019 to a dent and paint on my rear, drivers side door. I knew my neighbor did it with his door, but, he said/she said would have happened. Ten (10) days later he came to me and apologized and admitted he had done it. I had a detail place come out and work the white paint off and they referred me to a "paintless dent removal company". My neighbor was paying for it and I was so frustrated with all that happened, the dent was all I saw. He referred me to a guy and they referred me to Todd, thankfully, for my neighbor. Todd did amazing work for half the price of the first bid I received. Todd's work, see for yourself, looks as if it was never there. Todd was even so kind to polish out some, what looked like little nail scratches on my drivers side door handle. Todd was so professional, PROMT (which many lack today) and explained exactly what he was going to do, so I knew what was happening. In todays day, sadly, many men speak down to women, as if we do not understand cars. He spoke to me, person to person, that was very nice. I would call Todd again, if I need to and would recommend him to family and friends. This is a call you don't like to make, however, making a call to Todd owner of Dent Authority is the call you will want to make. To add to this all, Todd is local to Orange County/South OC and I always support locally owned businesses, like Dent Authority, when I can. read more
