Dynamic Plumbing called me right away and scheduled to come out to my home that Tuesday. Due to it being the weekend and they was booked up that the earliest. They could come. When I got up Monday morning I noticed the leak had got worse. Where the grass was saturated with water and could see water running down my driveway. I called Dynamic Plumbing and explained the situation to them. They told me if someone finished up one of their jobs early. They would send someone over to fix it. Next thing my phone ring and it them telling me they are on their way. They fixed the pipe without any problems. About an hour or two later I was told the pipe is fixed and everything is good. I had to run an errand and when I came out the house I noticed water was gushing out the hole. Where the pipe they had fixed. I called the right then. After I told them what was going on. They told me we are on our way back right now. They returned in a matter of minutes and fixed the pipe again. What I was told is the stuff they used to hold the pipe together wasn't strong enough. That this time they used a different and stronger glue. I'm good no more leaks. I would like to give a shout out to Joseph and his partner. They did a very professional job. They were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. If I have any plumbing problems. I will use Dynamic Plumbing and request Joseph and his partner to do the work. I was so worried that I was about to have a three day weekend without AC ahead of me. Thanks to Connor Air Repair (and my landlord for scheduling the appointment) I'm up and running again before 2pm! Not only did the technicians take care of my issue, but they also went above and beyond to clean the unit and do other more "preventive" care. I really appreciated the social distancing measures that the technicians took as well. Including not having both in the house at the same time unless necessary, wearing masks, maintaining as much physical distance between myself and them as my tiny living room would allow. Both technicians were friendly and respectful of my property while on site as well.   My house is already two degrees cooler since I started this review!

However, when the plumber arrived, he insisted on reconfiguring the setup to the left sink instead of replacing it on the right sink where the original unit was located, which would have added unnecessary work and cost. After I pushed back, the price was reduced to $900, but that still seems far too high for such a basic job. The only reason I hired this company was because I manage my property remotely and couldn't be there in person. Overall, the pricing felt unreasonable for the scope of work.
