After my first visit, tonight we came after graduation, the best service ever. They were not staffed for the crowd that showed to the restaurant, but Josie and her crew did an awesome job. Food tasted great, and service was the best, although they may have missed a few items, nothing big. Thanks for the service! Update 9/16/23: my Moons over my Hammy were perfect! This was the reason of my first review.. read more

Gross! We ordered 2 senior omelettes. They were horrible! Hardly any cheese at all. Full of grease. Looked like bacon bits instead of bacon. Toast was raw and not hardly toasted! It was soft not toast. Brown grease running out of omelettes and what's with no cheese Get a new cook! read more

Food is always good. But only 1 waitress working by her self. Josie did a great job. When we 1st got there was 2 waitresses. And then just 1 and service went down. 30 minutes for order when not busy. Is not good. And we watched our food sit in window for about 8 minutes. Cold eggs suck. read more

Our dinner was amazing! Food was hot and fresh, service was amazing (Thank you Kiana). I ordered the everyday value slam which was very good value for the amount of food I got! The atmosphere is casual & music wasn't too loud. My friends and I will definitely be back! read more

Night shift was on point- my santa fe skillet was delicious. Kiana, our server was very sweet and made sure everything came correctly.

Good, solid breakfast. I was worried when I saw the parking lot was empty but the experience was good. I recommend that they police the parking lot and pressure wash the sidewalk and parking lot. It would elevate the experience. read more

stopped several times..never staff up front to check people in or out! We did wait once and were finally seated only to start the wait all over again. note... this was a half hour time frame. When I asked a server for help up front I'm snapped at and told they're understaffed and would get to us when they can. HIRE STAFF read more

Denny's - I ordered the cheese stake omelant. Definitely hard location to find. But stake was nice and tender! Omelant cooked perfectly! - Diners Near Me - Panama City, Florida

Hash browns were undercooked, bottoms of the pancakes were burned. The rest was decent, though I feel like the sausages could have been bigger. All in all, it's breakfast food, not great but acceptable. read more

The lady that worked @2:30AM on April 6th, was very deranged and rude overall. I waited on a to go order for 25 minutes when there was only one other couple dining in the restaurant. I politely asked if I could add 2 drinks to my order she then said "give me a minute." By the time she bagged my food she still had not added my drinks to my order and set my food on the counter in front of me as if I didn't ask if I could add 2 drinks to my order. Good food, horrible service. read more

Server did well. Food was ok. The desert was great. Music was nice and it was clean. I did need to ask for a refill of water but that was fine. read more

Denny's menu had many selections to choose from, including the impossible burger. the atmosphere is casual but has great music to enjoy The food is always hot and tasty. I would recommend Dennys in Panama City. Kelli is a talent hostess and takes care of her customers. read more

Just went to Denny's and ate breakfast. Our server was fine. However when we went to pay their system went down and we tried 3 different banks and nothing would go through. The woman at the front desk stated, "it's not the system because I've been using it all day". As if to insinuate that we just have no money and cannot pay for the food. She got the manager who was also quite rude and "magically" the system started working again. It was great to be insulted at the end of our meal. I will absolutely never eat here again. read more

Panama City FL on Hwy 77 is very clean and the staff was very friendly and went above and beyond for us. Our Server Madison talked to my HS Senior daughter about college and was giving her so much info. On what to expect she was so sweet and so was the manager. The food was cooked just as it should have been and our glasses never went empty. Excellent service and the food was delicious! I recommend this Denny's for a great place to get a good meal! read more

Pretty good. My pancake was raw in the middle. Excellent bacon. My husband liked his big slam breakfast

I drop in here every once in a while for a salad. It's usually a little late after I've been out having a good time. My girlfriend doesn't ever want to go there because It's always pretty cold in there. She has to bring a sweater and doesn't like having to wear a sweater in the summertime. Thinks, it looks funny. Their food is always consistent. Sometimes when it's late , they get kinda behind and you have to wait awhile for your food. But, they are 24 hours and there aren't many places open late in Panama City. read more

Hey, if you want a lot of food and don't want to spend a ton of money, this is the spot. If I can make a suggestion if you like a huge amount of food like me. Get the value slam $4 and the biscuits and gravy $4 breakfast. You will get a biscuit and gravy, 2 bacon, 4 eggs, hash browns and two pancakes. All for 8 bucks! That's a steal. The restaurant is clean and so where the bathrooms. The waitress was nice enough and only forgot one drink. I do not really like their eggs. That powdered egg stuff. But get the over easy or something and you will get real eggs. Overall, it is a pretty standard Denny's that has been built recently. read more

Me and my sister has been to this Denny's multiple times in the past 2 months we have wanted the grilled cheese and soup no matter what time of the day we go in they do not have the soup ready so we had to order other things that we didn't really want today we went in we also still had to order something else other than what we really wanted and when we got our food it came to us lukewarmed almost cold the waiter did not come and check on us at all after we received our food we had to ask the cashier to get us a to-go box and for the check if you're going to have something on your menu that says that it is available from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. I suggest that you need to have it ready for them times and you also need to bring the food to your customers still hot so no I do not recommend going to this store and me and my sister will not be going back read more

This place was like being home in Texas. Service is fantastic. When our toddler became fuzzy, a waiter suddenly came with grapes and gold fish to keep her calm until put food was ready. That was the cherry on top of good service. The food as always delicious! read more

We had breakfast there about a week ago and it was horrible. I ordered biscuit and gravy and it was not the white gravy they use to serve. I think it was a water based gravy and it was so salty you couldn't eat it. Our server sat our food down and went outside on a break, we could see him out side the window. After waiting about 15 minutes for our server to return I went to the front to find anyone who could get the manager. She finally came to our table and I told her how awful the gravy was. She comped our meal and we left. I know that this Denney's has had problems getting and keeping good help but after 3 months the service has not improved. The good servers are over worked. read more

Even with an abbreviated staff, the attentiveness of the team sets the baseline for all others. The food is not only fresh, hot, and delicious, every time we dine in to this location, our expectations are always exceeded. Our favorite restaurant in the panhandle. Highly recommended, especially on Sunday evenings. read more

Horrible food, slow service dirty tables. Our drinks took fifteen minutes. our food was almost raw.

This morn we showed up at dennys like we have on sat instead of sunday like we have almost every weekend to meet my daughter and her husband ,for 2 years we have been regulars , We enter took our regular seats in the corner circular booth and were told by the new waitress we couldn't set there, she got mad when to the back to talk to the manager , came back said it had to do with fire hazard. I aske why after 2 years it makes a difference no answer . My wife is handicapped and sets in a wheel chair conferrable at the flat entry space after every one else has entered, we like this booth because we have always used the same waitress who is a great person, the manager if he has come out and explained the new regulation if there was one we would have complied but we never saw him until he bought out order instead of letting our waitress, you tell he was pissed about what had happened , he was rude throwing the plate out on the table like dealing a deck of cards and left without saying a word. my daughter and my wifes food was cold when our waitress came back she ordered new eggs for them. Again the manager bought the new eggs saying nothing no apology ,my daughter thanked him twice only to receive a dirty look. I when to pay my bill 60 bucks he saw I was tell the person that was working the register of my experience he came and acted like he was working the other register no one was at I made sure he over heard my comments about him again he said nothing glad he didn't as I was ready to give him a piece of my mind , we saw him as we left , looked like he was using at our waitress . She is a sweet caring person and didn't disserve to be fussed at if there was a change in seating policy he should have been the one to come explain it instead of passing the buck. We spend between 30 to 100 dollars every sunday morn and have for 2 years less a couple months after he hurricane today we had my wifes brother and we came on sat as he will be leaving I the morn but we had intended to come back tomorrow with my daughter and her husband, We are considering cracker barrel to keep our regular waitress from being disciplined any farther. We felt very un welcomed as we left, is is a poor choice for a manager. read more

Listen to these reviews & save your money the food is disgusting down to the drinks!!! The staff no the food is trash yet they won't do anything about it. I wasted money and walked out hungry ? It's ridiculous how staff complain about food being sent back .. if it's good it would be eaten. All in all stay away the place is empty for a reason or a trap for unknowing tourists. Call corporate they need new management and staff because the place is on a downward spiral and they don't care. read more

So I ordered a steak and eggs meals From Denny's.com and the bag comes sealed. When I opened the bag up there was a live fly inside. Mind you I eat at the restaurant weekly either inside or delivery. I called the store and spoke to the manager Will. I wasn't expecting anything other than to inform him. He proceeds to tell me the bag has holes inside of it. I told him ok but I was just calling to let you know. He made it seem like it was my fault the fly was in it. I proceeded to tell him I'm not a complainer as I travel all the time and eat out all the time at restaurants but as a manger I feel like you think I'm making it up and I'm offended. When I asked him what his name was only then he said what would you like me to do. I said at this point nothing and I will never come back there to eat. I will post my review because of how I spent 5 minutes trying to defend myself. Lesson to managers at Denny's. Customer service is a must. As I will now be calling corporate!! read more

Worst service ever! Waiter was sloppy and slow paced. Our food came out cold after 45 mins of waiting. When returned to have them recook, it came back still only luke warm after waiting another 35-40 min again and my daughter found a dark hair in her rice (she is a blonde). Another family there even said they have had that happen to them before- EWWW. The manager went over and touched our food to see if it was truly cold when my husband complained upon checking out at the register. We will not be returning and we will be sharing this with family and friends. Don't go there if you can help it!!!!! read more
