Dinner I visited the front counter to pick up my food. Both male employees ignored me. One was seen at the register, accounting receipts. I'm not really sure if you were counting tips or why he felt the need to do this at the moment when customers were actively coming in to pick up their orders. I watched my order sit at the shelf while he continue to ignore me. I guess he didn't wanna lose focus. The other male employee ignored me as well so then afterwards he looked up at me and he said one second ma'am and I explained to him initially when I walked in he should've said that to me he proceeded to get very angry and started making rude remarks lying, stating that he had originally said that to me when I walked in, there was no way he could've been speaking to me and not looking at me but looking at receipts, he continue to argue with me back-and-forth later on telling me to watch my mouth when I advised him that he was being extremely rude and disrespectful, and actually embarrassing me in front of the customers that he started to serve. I want him reported his mouth is just as disrespectful as his bottom roll of teeth I despise men who disrespect women in any form, especially in a setting where you should be providing a high-level of service. read more

Stopped in for a bite to eat and think. My wife was in JFK and it was too early to enter. Ordered the eggs bacon and hash browns, coffee and a glass of milk. Coffee was very tasty. Hash browns were crispy and done just so, eggs were over medium and right in. Bacon was crisp. Could not ask for A better breakfast. The waitress was amazing, pleasant t and very attentive. Took a friend for her birthday (restaurant was her choice!); she got the loaded veggie omelet with seasonal fruit and she said it was delicious! I got the Senior Salmon Dinner and it was very good. My experience at Denny's was not pleasant. We had to wait a while to be seated. They may have been understaffed. So that may have been the reason for the wait to be seated which is understandable. When we were ready to be seated the person to stay us stayed standing where he was and we communicated how many by fingers. I asked for a booth and he said there would be a wait even though there was an open booth. He pointed to a table near us while still standing at his place which was 15 feet away. When we went to sit down he said we had to go to the table behind us. I said I guess this table is not available. He just put the menus down and had a whatever attitude. read more

My boyfriend and I were craving breakfast for dinner aka BRINNER. We stopped bt our local Denny's and they were a bit understaffed. They only had one server and the manager was helping out the kitchen as well as serving. They did an awesome job. I didn't quite catch our servers name but she worked the night shift and was doing a great job. My boyfriend got the build your own grand slam and the bacon was ok. Not quite the melt in your mouth bacon. I got the fit veggie fare skillet with chicken. It wasn't bad but it wasn't something I would go out of my way for. Also we got the sampler appetizer with bacon cheese tots, onion rings, and boneless wings with buffalo sauce. I don't have a photo of it but it was skimpy. Only 4 wIngs, 4 onion rings and 4 tots. I have been having breakfast at Denny's, 3000 Congress Ave, Palm Springs, FL 33461 for many years, usually on Fridays and Saturdays. Everyone there is ALWAYS nice and takes good care of me. I always request to sit in Karen's station. Yesterday, Karen was not there so Dawn took care of me. When I went to pay I realized I did not have my debit card with me. Because I am a regular customer, I quickly called manager Bobby Neal to my booth and told him my situation. He was understanding, I went to the bank and returned with cash. Thankful for Bobby and Karen - I observe the entire team when I am there and notice they take very good care of their customers. I love Denny's and am happy that ALL their employees take care of their customers. The food and service is wonderful. Denny's is at the top of my list! read more

Actually very pleasant experience. When you look for a very good burger that doesn't break the bank give denny's a try. I have not tried their other plates...it had been some 15 years since I had been to a denny's but a friend suggested I try their burgers and I was very pleased. Revamping the outside and it is looking awesome. They revamped the inside awhile ago, using plexiglass dividers up . It's clean and bright. As for the food it was perfect.it came out in a timely manner and was delicious! .my veggie omelette was nice and flavorful.I opted for American cheese instead of Swiss cheese.the pancakes can not be better , I think they add a bit of vanilla to the batter and this makes them so tasty. We loved the service, Jesse our server was spot on and Boston was his back up bringing more coffee .Boston has been with Denny's a long time read more

We walked in at 11:20 pm. The waitress told us just a couple of minutes and she was going to clean the tables. It did look busy so obviously I understand plus it's night time so I definitely understand the rush. So I waited with no problem. Then a couple walks in and a different waitress sits them and my boyfriend and I were like sitting right there and I was left in shock. Like was there no communication. Again I understand a restaurant rush because I've worked in the food industry before but when they just give away the table they cleaned for me to someone who just walked in. I am upset. Yesterday was my birthday so I stopped into Denny's with my husband to claim my Grand Slam freebie. The food was, well, it was Denny's. Our waitress is what made our meal so enjoyable. She fussed over me because it was my birthday and was spot on with refilling our drinks, clearing our used dishes, etc. She even comped us a piece of chocolate cream pie and sang Happy Birthday at our table! Stopped in for breakfast just before noon on a Saturday. I seated myself at the counter and was immediately greeted by Robin. She was such a delight. Very attentive and prompt with any extras you might need. I ordered my usual -- the Value Slam with a side of hash browns. I have to say, Denny's hash browns are simply the best. Well I read all the reviews and we have eaten here a few times. I would agree this is not the speediest of Denny's but I would not consider it filthy. No more dirty than any other equivalent type of diner. If you do visit be certain if there is a line and you have to put your name in for a table. Listen carefully for your name. The host claims he walked to the vestibule to announce our table was ready multiple times, he did not! So he sat multiple tables in front of us. Overall the food was ok but the service is very slow. From the time we put our name in until our food arrived was 1 hour. I timed it. I'm not really sure how long it should take. I may visit another Denny's or diner and update this review. Giving three stars since I'm not certain that 1 hour to get your food from putting your name is too long. Food was good and the restaurant, dishes and utensils were as clean as I would expect from a similar establishment. All the staff were friendly and pleasant. read more

Upon pulling up, there was a crackhead sorting through his cigarettes and crack pipes near the front door. I went in, paid for my meal to go. I guess the manager had an issue with the amount of that I tipped, because he approached me and made a very odd joke that I could barely make out. His breath reeked of alcohol. The waitress was nice, and professional. When I left, the manager was exchanging a deep conversation with the crackhead, who had his scattered belongings by the door.
