Service was horrible they don't even sit you at a table and the food was very bad did not taste very good and was not well cooked you get no silverware with your meal and all the meals where incomplete and also the wait time is almost an hour. Delicious Fresh Food!!! I have eaten here a whir back with my brother and cousins, which was a pretty good experience. This time it was a great experience!! Even though it didn't start off good. As i walked in with my girlfriend there was a table with nobody in it, but full of bags and clothes and leftover from previous dinner. it was kind of a turn off. but they got it cleaned up right away. Our server took our drinks order and appetizer order. I ordered a quesadilla, and that was super delicious. I ordered the Sirloin Steak and my girlfriend ordered the vegetable soup. the steak was fresh, juicy and steamy. It tasted delicious, the broccoli could have been a little better but the mashed potato was also on point. Service was also good, very attentive and helpful. My girlfriend got her soup with some bacon on top which she didn't want and told the waiter he got it changed right away. Overall a good experience. read more

We went in for breakfast. We were asked to use our phones to scan QR code sticker on our table to browse the menu. Sadly, the app was almost useless. It would show a page of the menu, but too tiny to read. + icon to zoom in caused the app to distort and bounce around the screen. We asked for a real menu, and placed our orders. Hubby exclaimed "We flew to Florida to eat at Denny's?" We had a very early flight from Indianapolis so we were starving by the time we claimed our luggage and picked up the rental car. We were planning to visit Madam Tussauds Wax Museum at I-Drive 360 but it didn't open until 10 am. This Denny's location was right around the corner. When you want breakfast food on an empty tummy, there's not much better than a Grand Slam! We were seated right away and our server was very nice, efficient and attentive. The food was good typical Denny's fare. By the time we paid our check, the place was packed and the service had likely slowed down. It was a first time for me and for my husband to dine at Denny's, and we regretted that we had it at this location. I was immediately put off by the gunky odor inside, particularly when we were already seated. The table and seats weren't properly cleaned, and the floor was messy. Half of my appetite was lost, as the other half was forced by hunger and urgency. The foods were nothing beyond ordinary yet tolerable in appearance and savor, but the prices should have been cheaper if they offered these kinds of meals. Service was alright, though not amusing. I have no idea if the food or coffee is good or not. I spent 15 minutes sitting at the counter making eye contact with every server and employee that passed by. Not so much as an offer to get me a drink or take my order. I suppose I could have spoke up, but I kinda feel that my job as the customer is to be waited on, not to chase down a server to take my order. I also noticed multiple food orders stacking up and not being taken to the tables in a prompt manner. That is when I got up and left. I said nothing to no one. TO THE EVENING STAFF ON THANKSGIVING NIGHT 2016 We went for breakfast this morning and our waitress Brittini was AMAZING and so was the rest of the staff and the food. After our park visit we decided to go back for a light snack before going back to our hotel. Upon arrival we were seated and provided menus. Shortly after ordering we witnessed a fellow customer try to get a waitress's attention. Her response was loud and offensive, saying she wasn't his server. Then she proceeded to accuse the customer of picking on her for the color of her skin very loudly and in the middle of the dinning room. He NEVER said anything about the color of her skin. He just asked if she knew where his waiter was because he had not seen him in a while and wanted to pay his bill. Shortly after, our waiter showed up and waived his hand at my sister to get her attention because we were all so shocked at that waitress's reply to the family sitting by us and proceeded to call my niece 'Mami,... all in the most awful condescending manner. We asked to speak with a manager, our waiter walked up to him, whispered something to his ear and the manager proceeded to walk away from us and ignore the situation. We stood up and left. AVOID this location. Someone should be paying me to eat here. I've been to Denny's across the USA and I must say this is the worst location. Aside from the friendly servers, there's nothing good to report. What could go wrong with my simple order of two sides, cheese hash browns and a fruit cup? A potato mix up indeed. They were served on a greasy plate that appeared to have my daughter's eggs on it, then slid off. Also looked like they were intended to be a small side for a grand slam. The potatoes had a small sprinkle of unmelted cheese on top. The place was dirty, booths had used napkins and smushed food on the floor. Bathroom is filthy. First world problems for sure, but the management needs to make some improvements. If I could give 0 stars I would. I went last week with my sister to this Denny's near the outlets. I wanted to go since the food is always good and reminds me to my childhood, but seriously this is the last time I go to this specific one. When we first came in, they seat us, the server that took care of us was kind at the beginning, we placed our order and while waiting the server (the one that was taking care of us) was yelling and fighting with another coworker (we think was the manager). Okay so we said, let's just let it go and we waited for our food, after he brought us our food, then we ask for salt because they don't have the salt anymore on the tables and the French fries were missing salt, then in the middle of us eating the server starts sweeping under our table (my sister and I look at each other like what the f), and the server wasn't even wearing his mask properly, after that he disappears during the entire meal. Ohhh and I forgot to mention than before he started sweeping he brought the check to us and left it on the table, what on earth you will do something like that? He didn't let us order anything else and he didn't even ask if we wanted anything else... so disrespectful, adding to that that he wasn't using his mask properly. So after we are done eating we just wanted to go, we go to the cashier and in the meantime we are paying the manager shows up, I asked her if she was the manager she said yes, I explained how disappointed we were about the service and she just says that she will talk to the server, she didn't even offer to do at least a partial refund or anything ... I mean I wasn't expecting anything I was frustrated but if I'm telling you that the service was HORRIBLE, do something for us at least, never coming back to this particular Denny's, I don't recommend you to go either read more

Celebrating one of the girls birthday. A rude host came and started to feel we had to leave since I was on Celebration mode. Dinner should be a nice experience. One of the girls asked for some waffles and he said, this is Denny's not iHope. Also retired the menu from her hands in a bad manner. I can handle it when I'm alone but, one of my girls!!! My wife asked me to take it easy since it was birthday. But Beltran, you must respect families. One of the most disgusting host I'd seen in Orlando. The one star is for food and the lady manager. This Denny's was beyond disappointing. First off, it was FREEZING!! We waited for our food for over an hour, and once we finally got it it was awful. When our waitress served our order she told us that she had to "fight for our food." That should've been the first clue as to the quality of our meal. The turkey and regular bacon were undercooked and clearly microwaved which gave it the texture of a slice of ham. The country gravy tasted of hand soap. One of my biscuits was hard and stale while the other was squishy from the microwave. My mother's English muffin was almost completely burnt. The Denny's on International Drive was a nice experience. We went around noon time and we were seated quickly. Our server was quick coming to our table to take our order.
