Best tasting Denny's I've ever had with great service! Went back a few times while I was in town.

I had a good experience at this Denny's. I ordered their new triple bacon sampler. It comes with three types of bacon, two strips each of thick cut honey jalapeño, hickory smoked and turkey bacon. The turkey bacon was just what you'd expect, kind of bland with some smoke flavor. The hickory smoked is their usual bacon, so it's good but nothing spectacular. The honey jalapeño is something else though. It is truly thick cut and it tastes fantastic. It has a slight sweetness with a great jalapeño flavor, no spice or heat just great flavor. I would return just to order some more of that bacon. The dish also comes with the usual two eggs, hash browns and toast. The food was really good and the service was as well. The restaurant was only about 1/4 full at 8 AM, which was odd. I enjoyed the quiet, it was relaxing. They also offer a 15% AARP discount on the entire ticket, so if you go with friends they benefit too. read more

Worst dinning experience ever from the moment we walked in the whole place was smokey. We waited over an hour for a simple order of banana pecan pancakes and eggs. When the food did arrive it wasn't what I ordered. The pancakes were wrong and the eggs were under cooked. When I told them about the pancakes they said that they were out of pecans and the bananas went bad, so they decided to just leave all that out. No one ever came around the table to ask about the food so I never got new eggs. I would never recommend this restaurant to any one and will never come back. read more

This is by far the worst Denny's EVER! I could not believe we were treated in such a rude and discourteous manner. The service, the food and the overall attitude of disrespect was out of a horror movie. I usually love all Denny's restaurants - I love diners in general, but this Denny's, it was the pits. This is the worst Denny's in the country!!! I travel alot and Denny's is one of my favorite restaurants, but this Denny's doesn't even deserve a star. Several people included myself waited over 10 minutes to be seated and another 20 to place a order. It took 20 min to get a chicken sandwich with what was suppose to be veggies but I got a chicken sandwich and fries. My buddy also waited the same amount of time for a house salad which got there when my sandwich got there. Then we waited another 15 min for his main course which was a t-bone steak and red potatoes which he got mac n cheese and veggies. I have tried eating here four different times and it has been an issue every time. I called my order in every time. I was told it would be ready in 15-20 min. This is the WORST Denny's ever!! From the time we walked in the entire place was filled with smoke from something burning in the kitchen. There were a half dozen empty tables and we were not seated for almost 10 minutes Both my wife and I got served coffee in dirty cups. My wife's pancakes were just batter. Over medium eggs should not have runny whites but these were sloppy. The carpet was absolutely filthy. There was trash everywhere and more grass than a football field. Went here craving steak and eggs. Service was fine, but two of us ordered medium rare steaks and emphasized "make sure it's not over cooked please ". One of our steaks was cooked perfectly, but the other one was well done! We asked them to remake it and they gave us a frozen steak! Literally ice cold. Third try was cooked right. Also, we ordered broccoli and mashed potatoes as sides. They gave us fried potatoes and waited until bringing the food to tell us they didn't have any broccoli. We asked for extra eggs instead. They forgot about the extra eggs, so we had to ask again after we had finished the rest of our food. They were not busy. There was only one other small group in the restaurant. They had plenty of staff working (mostly wandering around). Called for a take out order, got left on hold for 20 minutes. I walk in the door, the girl definitely looks at me, continues talking, turns around and STARTS EATING. So when she takes my order, I asked for nachos and asked how big a small is. She points to a giant section of the restaurant and says the size of that bowl. There's no way to know what she's talking about but whatever. I tell her to put the stuff on the side, which should be obvious with to go nachos, and she has them only put the cheese on the side so they're still soggy. So I have them fix it as nicely as I can, and they give me a portion half the size. read more
