I asked for the leanest and rarest piece they had, and it was perfect. Their horseradish is a great accompaniment, as was the twice baked potato. My husband had the burger and fries, and said both were outstanding. We started with the crab cakes, which were perfectly cooked and very tasty as well (no pics as we were starving and dug in before I remembered). Unfortunately, we were too full for desert, but they also looked delicious. Our server, Davis, was professional and helpful, the meal courses were perfectly timed, and though the restaurant was very busy, it was not so loud that we couldn't easily have a conversation. Will definitely will be going back.

A nice touch. I ordered a Chicken Enchilada, which was really very good. Very flavourful and came with a side of rice. Could have been a little hotter (heat wise). The staff were super friendly and my diet Coke refills came without having to ask.ee all enjoyed our lunch and would come back again.

Their happy hour is 3-5 and 9 till close EVERDAY. 3) Great Drinks. I love their drink menu. I find a new lovely drink every time I step in the door. I'd recommend the Smoky Pineapple Margarita or the Mexican Shaft. 4) A promising staff that cares. A waitress gave me a free tequila lesson and I loved it, I learned so much. They just opened up so their staff are getting their bearings, but in my experience, the service has been very good. Sure, they may have forgot something on the bill but that is understandable for a young person working a job that they are new at.

To start our long day in Saskatoon, my boyfriend and I began with Poached Breakfast Bistro. While…read moremy boyfriend just had a Double Espresso ($4.3), I got the Peanut Butter Hot Chocolate ($8), Poached Over Crab & Shrimp Risotto Cakes ($21) with Pecan & Maple Syrup Bacon Roll-Ups ($7.5). I'm very impressed with the menu and drink options. They have plenty of unique options and you can really feel the creativity in what they offer. The interior was also very unique, it's an older building but modernized with an artistic touch while incorporating its vintage roots. My boyfriend said his coffee was good, didn't taste burnt. The bar is in Hell for good coffee in Regina. My hot chocolate was made with frothed creamy peanut butter and chocolate almond milk. It made a welcome nutty flavour combination that was unique yet delicious. I also loved that it smelled strongly of peanut butter. Being at a restaurant named "Poached" I had to get poached eggs. My dish consisted off house made shrimp, pollock crab and white wine risotto cakes, flavoured with Dijon and Dill, along with 2 poached eggs and herbed hollandaise sauce and a side of rye toast. As an additional side, I ordered their classic house made bacon rollups. These are made with crushed pecans and pure maple syrup then topped with a hint of cayenne for heat. Honestly, it was a lot of food. You don't need the bacon rollups but the were SO good that I recommend trying them. My cakes were crispy on the outside yet hot and soft on the inside. The taste was mild, fresh and comforting. It was perfect for such a cold day and I wouldn't change a thing about this dish. I highly recommend this restaurant and everything we ordered. Thank you to everyone that suggested this spot. It's my cousin's favourite brunch spot in Saskatoon and now I understand why!

Their atmosphere is cozy yet modern, with dining areas a bit divided up to make it feel intimate once you sit down. Service was quick and friendly. We can recommend the poached eggs on cheesy hash browns and the omelet. They have fresh squeezed orange juice and their rye toast is very fresh. Everything tasted very fresh and there was no hint of greasiness like at some breakfast spots. Just wonderful.

My first time trying out @thegranadahouse and it was a good experience!…read more Both Mr C and I got the Sirloin Special which consists of Sirloin Steak, salad, side veggies , garlic toast and potato of choice for $18! Nowadays, I think that's a good deal for the amount of food and quality. The salad was a side dish but it was so beautiful it looked like a main (small) dish! They did went a little heavy on the dressing but I rather it be heavy than too light. 'Twas a good start to the meal! Next is the steak; I asked my steak medium done but it was more of a medium well - which honestly - didn't matter cause it was even better than I expected. It had a really nice charred look AND flavour that once I took that first bite, I just kept on eating! However, as I was getting close to the second half, it got more salty I had to take a bite of steak then a bite of carrots to ease saltiness. Which leads to the next item... Carrots = super soft = YESSSS I LOVE IT! No complaints here No picture for garlic toast but it was okay; I would've liked it more if it was more toasted but I still scarfed it down I got lemon roasted potatoes while Mr C got loaded baked potatoes. We both enjoyed our potatoes very much I do think the lemon roasted could have a bit more flavour but it was still good nonetheless! Last but not least - my second favourite item of the entire meal : French Vanilla Cheesecake I normally don't order desserts cause it's overpriced for one slice BUT it's French vanilla cheesecake!! I couldn't help myself but order to try it and it was amazing. I loved it so much I don't regret ordering it at all It actually gives me inspirations to try making it myself In conclusion, Granada House is definitely a hit on my list and I recommend going for a nice dinner out! It has a very nice family friendly, cozy interior Oh and service was excellent Even tho some flavours were off, I would still order it again as it might've just been a one-off
