We arrived at 9pm. Employee greeted us and we asked to sit near the window our vehicles were near so that we could keep an eye on something in the truck bed. The employee stated that the area was but a few people were sitting in it. I questioned this and he stated "fine, I'm a liar then." I did not respond, but it bothered me. A few minutes later a couple walked in and he seated them in the "closed" area. Soon after, 2 more groups were seated in the closed area. 15 minutes in, 9:15, we placed our order but did not receive drinks until 9:20. It took them 20 minutes to get us our drinks from the time we were seated. We received our food, 4 plates, at 9:50, 50 minutes from the time we arrived. The service was slow and the place wasn't even busy. I will not be back. This is only the second time I have not left a tip during my lifetime. I'm 29 and pretty easy going, but I installed Yelp on my phone just to get this one off of my chest. Nobody should be fired or anything, but something needs to change. Good luck. read more

It used to be okay but then they started doing that delivery thing and after that I had to wait two times to just pay. You don't want my money!?!?!? It was the most annoying thing to have to wait FOREVER to pay to leave the restaurant.i am done.i want to leave! We had breakfast and it was great but the restroom was very dirty. The waitress was so friendly.

Worst breakfast ever.. The mugs they have are stained in the inside and cracked.. they looked so dirty.. you really don't want to have your coffee in this....You will think management will keep an eye on this small details. I ordered ham and eggs... the ham was old and hard and recooked.. No freshness at all.. very disappointed.. The staff is pretty attentive and does a good job of providing good service. I was there at 4:15am for breakfast so I'm happy that any place was open at that hour and could give me a nice warm breakfast!!! Love the whole bacon menu they now have. read more

An absolutely horrible experience. I don't tend to expect a ton from Denny's, but this was ridiculously bad. Tracie was our waitress and kept forgetting what we ordered. The food took 45 minutes to come out. All of the food was lukewarm, though the waitress wanted to argue that it couldn't be. We kept our two kids meals, but returned the two adult meals and told them to take them off our bill because we couldn't wait anymore. I've had bad experiences here in the past. This was the worst of them all. Stood in line to be seated for almost 5 minutes. People walked right in front of me and were almost seated before me. I had to say something. Put our order in, there was evidently a computer issue and my order was not out in. A half hour later they came and explained it (not even my waitress). She didn't come and check on us the whole time....... Then went to pay the bill and no discount! Me and my two kids were there for an hour and a half! This was a good spot to get food until today. It took our server about 15 min to even come to the table to ask what we want to order and had a attitude the whole time. After we ordered the manager and our waitresses were chitchatting while we watched our food be put on the counter the bell ring and wait 5 min for them to get done talking. I went here for breakfast a few weeks ago. I have been meaning to write a review but kept forgetting. The food was great but the customer service was excellent!! There were four people in our group traffic was horrendous (snowing) so we decided to eat instead of battling traffic. Our waitress Gabby was phenomenal. me & my boyfriend came to denny's at around 12:30. he ordered nachos with jalapeños and they said it was extra for a little tiny plastic cup. they only put less than 10 chips in the bowl & a lot of the toppings was left over so we asked if we can get more chips. usually places refill chips for free, but the guy said that was also extra charge after asking the cook? it took them more than 5 mins to let us know that & not when we initially asked. we said it's fine, we'll pay the extra because it's just a waste to not eat the rest. we waited 40 mins only for him to tell us "for some reason, the order didn't pop up on the order screen" like?? it was just chips. we ended up leaving & every single person he was serving, he was apologizing for the delays for their order and for being seated when most of the booths were empty. service was not great at all. although there are few employees, it doesn't hurt to quickly ask how everything is or if we need anything else. it also took 15 mins for them to ask a group of 4 what they wanted to order & another 30 mins until they left because they didn't have their food ready. 0/5 stars. read more

Slow, sloppy service. Had to go to the kitchen to ask for drinks. Ordered a cheeseburger, the server didn't ask how I wanted it cooked or which cheese I wanted. I thought the cook would catch it and tell her to come back and ask, but someone decided for me and got it wrong. After our food was slapped on the table, no one asked if it was okay or if we needed anything. My friend's quesadilla came without the salsa and sour cream. Had to flag someone down for drink refills. There were four servers in the back room and nine tables of customers. No excuse. the decor makes no sense. There is a very long wall with nothing on it opposite this faded, dreary, bleak mural of the desert. It's depressing. The restrooms need a remodel and a good scrubbing. I have been to various Denny's, on both the East and West Coast, and I just have to say that this location was by far the best Denny's I have ever been to. Upon arrival I was pleasantly greeted at the door. The hostess, whose name I believe was Aliane, was very nice, and acknowledged me, letting me know that she would be happy to seat me as soon as she completed her current transaction. Upon the completion, she escorted me to a small booth, as I requested, and informed me as to who my waitress will be. My waitress, Evelyn, arrived at my table side nearly moments after I was seated. She approached with a smile, which hasn't seem to leave her face since, and she was very knowledgeable of the specials. Evelyn quickly took my order, and returned right away with my drinks. Now, in the past, at each Denny's experience I arrived anticipating a long wait for my meal. However, this location surprised me. I received my meal in record time, and it looked and tasted amazing. Equally as amazing, the impeccable customer service continued. I have received numerous stops at my table, asking if I would like anything else, or to have my coffee topped off. While watching my waitress, Evelyn approach each of the other tables with an equally delightful attitude as she did with me. At one point, the manager, Darshana, came to the dining room to speak to guests. I was very pleased to see how she interacted with them, and even happier to express my gratitude towards her for running such an exceptional location. Bottom line, the customer service, timely delivery, and fresh aroma arising from the food made this by far the best Denny's I have ever been to, and I will be happy to return here anytime. read more

My boyfriend and I went at 9:20pm. The restaurant was mostly empty but they still made us wait almost 10 minutes for a table. Once we got seated, we had the pleasure of watching (and hearing) two of the wait staff argue about who had to serve us. Robert lost the argument and begrudgingly came over. I ordered a coffee and my boyfriend ordered a diet Coke; the waiter asked if I wanted french vanilla or hazelnut creamer. I asked for French vanilla and half and half. I asked for a broccoli and cheddar soup, he told me they were out. So I needed a moment to peruse the menu, while I did so, I heard a woman at the next table over order and receive a broccoli cheddar soup cup. Wtf? Waiter Robert comes over with a bowl full of hazelnut creamer and tells me they are out of French vanilla creamer. Okay, but where's my half and half? So we end up ordering nachos. I drink my coffee and ask for a refill. The refill taste like dirt. I ask for another cup, Waiter Robert brings me a mug with brim full of lipstick, so I ask for another cup, this one has no lipstick but is so sticky my hand needs to be washed after touching it. I give up and ask for a hot chocolate. They're out. Meanwhile my boyfriend's diet coke cup has been sitting empty the entire time. He finally get a refill just before we leave. We go to take to the manager, and he practically blows us off, has nothing to say about our experience except "oh, sorry". Then eventually comps us our $14 meal. OK SO me and my sister came here one afternoon and all my sister wanted was a milkshake. The hostess sat us and said "I'll be right with you" 15 MINUTES LATER we're still sitting there and he hasn't even taken a drink order. Last time we went, the new girl must not have spoke any English because we all specifically pointed to the pictures of really easy orders and said "yes just like, exactly like the picture on the menu). The lady then left for maybe an hour (not sure where she went) and came back with a completely different order that was not even on the same page as the menu. So, she went back for like another hour and finally came back and the order was still partially messed up, but we didn't say anything because we were there sooooo long. We went to this location for a Graduation Celebration. They were​ busy, do to the Graduation just like they were 2 years ago. No other restaurants were open that late to celebrate. First the 12 of us got seated in 3 different booth that were a distance from each other. But we made it work. The waitress took our orders​ with no problem as we thought. We invited​ another family to join our table and they got their food and we were still waiting for ours. Mom noticed that our waitress was cleaning up and not delivering our food. So I got up and complained to the manager that we haven't received our food. Apparently she was waiting for all of our food to be up and it was cold when it was delivered I received my meal wrong twice, brother in law ordered steak and eggs and didn't get a steak knife and my other brother in law asked for extra tomatoes in his sandwich and never received. Mom complained to manager and he gave us a $25 off coupon off our bill to compensate for our problem.
