I have been here twice in two months and if the food wasn't good I wouldn't have come back the second time. The service is terrible. It took 20 minutes to get drinks and there were only 4 other tables with customers. Over an hour to get pancakes and eggs. Won't be back. read more

Went there on Sunday to have breakfast with the family. I'm kind of torn to write this review, because customer service was TOP NOTCH, but the food, not so much. Our food was good, and it didn't take very long to come out. But the sampler we ordered was the only bad thing.....the chicken strips were still raw from the inside. My 2 yr old daughter, almost ate them, but i noticed they were shiny from the inside, because we split it open for her, because it was hot. The inside of the chicken strips were raw...completely raw. Lupe was our waitress, and she did an excellent job of taking care of us and our chicken problem. The manager, didn't catch her name, also came and comped the sampler for us, and brought us a new batch of strips. Overall I gave a 3 star for the customer service and the food, but the uncooked chicken made me remove 2 stars....I will be back if I am in the area, but I have to check the chicken first.... read more

Not usually a huge Dennys fan, but the food was very good tonight, and the service was excellent and friendly.

I love going to Dennys but this was my first time at this location, and I was very upset. It took about 20 for the food to come out, the food was very good and well cooked. Then we were all done waiting for them to bring us the check but took other 20 minutes until my husband went up there and asked them him self. But that's not even the worst part when we were paying the guy checking us out was on his phone. His name was aldi I believe and it was very disrespectful. It is a Denny's and like all the others I have been in - no better - no worse. They manage to get convenient locations, so that is why we patronize them, although generally just for breakfast, rarely lunch, and never dinner. Wow what the heck just walked out. Went in at 6am only one person in there drinking coffee we were not greeted then told we would have to wait for the next server to arrive. We were walked to a dirty table asked for them to wipe it off person working wiped off about ten inches of the table with what looked like an oily rag leaving it wet and food still on the rest of the table. Nearly all other booths had dirty tables as well. We simply just walked out no care at all being shown from employees. Would not ever go there again. read more

My sister and I went there this morning in hopes of having a nice breakfast date only to be greatly disappointed. We walked in to find no hostess or anyone to let us know we needed to seat ourselves. Upon sitting down at the booth, a young man came and gave us a menu and immediately walked away. We watched as he assisted every other table and ignored us. We waited 30 minutes and no waiter came to take our drinks or food order. Either schedule more workers or let customers go in the kitchen and make our own food. This is the worst Denny's I have ever been too. I'm not expecting a gourmet meal whenever I go but I do expect good food fast. That's what Denny's is famous for. Every I have gone to this particular location the food is bad, and the wait for food is extremely long. My husband and I went Tuesday morning and it took forever to get our food, and when I did get it, it looked like it was thrown on the plate. After our visit tonight, we will not be going back to this location. We went a little after 8 and only ordered desert. While we were there 2 tables of people walked out probably because their food was taking too long. We were sitting there for over 20 minutes and all we ordered was ice cream. We left after we realized that we were going to get our desert anytime soon. The only thing pleasant about this location is the wait staff, they are nice and attentive. read more

Horrible slow service. When we arrived there was one family waiting to be seated and a party of two entered with us. After five minutes they all got seated while we had to wait an additional 25 minutes to be seated. We were only a party of 3. They had plenty of empty tables and booths in both dining sections. A server came from behind the food booth to ask if we had been helped and finally sat us down. After we were seated it took them 10 minutes to ask us what we wanted to drink. We were seated quickly and they had no problem putting a few tables together for our big group - we actually had stopped at another Denny's but they did not have a table big enough for us and after waiting for 15min they had two booths next to each other for us to sit and a waiter gave it away to some other couple that had just walked in!.... so we left and found this location. Like I first mentioned, we were seated quickly and service was quick! Our waitress was quick and attentive, the restaurant was clean and big, but not updated like many other Denny's. I do agree with the other comment, they need to work on their coffee. It was a cold and windy Sunday morning so I had a few cups - my first cup was delicious, my second not so good, and my third was better. I should have said something to our waitress but didn't, even when someone else in our group mentioned the bad coffee; however, the third cup made up for it so I was satisfied. I'll try to be fair. I'm a Dennys regular. Probably eat at Dennys 4times a week. Although the food was good exactly what i ordered and the way i like it. Service kinda did Me wrong. Went to this Denny's for breakfast, got seated right away and then sat there for ever waiting to be helped. We could see all the servers standing around laughing and having a good time. Finally, our server came over and took our order, they were out of Dr. Pepper at 9:45am but whatever. Took forever to get our food and it came out at different times, there was 7 of us, by the time the last of got out food the first of us were already done eating and it was cold. During this whole time, again the servers were all standing around laughing and joking. Went to the bathroom, it was a disaster. There was toilet paper all over the floor, no paper towels and no seat protectors. Oswaldo, who took care of our Bill was unaware how to split the hill check, horrible experience. Gone a couple of times since they renovated it and its great friendly servers clean and great food and open 24hrs a day yum.. One thing though is that late at night it does seem like a bunch of friends hanging out all servers just chit chat and make jokes. Some servers do stay out of it and do their jobs read more

This establishment is one of my favorites to go to with friends and family. I've been going there for years and I've always had a great experience. If there's a problem the severs lets us know and makes accommodations accordingly. Overall, the staff tries there best to make dinning in the best they can. The food is good too. This place you to be great. They use to have great people working here. Now they have this Indian Manager who is extremely rude to not only the guest but his staff as well. Who must we talk to, to change this Crap. I asked him for his main bosses name and he said that he was the main boss. We've gone to this location every other Saturday, the last few months because it's on the way after a long hike with ea time being anywhere between 1-5pm. Customer service is horrible here. Today, we stood at the front counter waiting to be seated while a woman was writing something on a receipt/paper. No acknowledgement or "I'll be right with you." Once seated, it took another 10 min before our waitress came to take our orders. Keep in mind, still no acknowledge and the restaurant was NOT busy. We saw 2 customers getting up and getting their own drink refills while 2x, our waitress forgot to refill our coffee after we asked for it. Maybe we should've gotten our own refill too. The previous visits were similar - not busy, slow service and forgetting requested refills (mind you, it's after they ask "do you want a refill" lol) The only food complaint was the cold, hard scrambled eggs. Came to this location on black Friday. Worst service ever from Anthony. There is nobody in the restaurant, and yet he proceeded to make us wait for 20 minutes before he even joined us at the table. We Ordered coffee, he brought old stale and cold coffee. So I asked for new coffee and he got angry with us. Very disappointed this time . It was amazing a few months when I was there. Where to start? 1st the waiter was very hard to get ahold of. Not able to get refills and most important napkins. Every rime we tried to get his attention he was to busy. The worst thing that made my visit here make me think twice before coming back was the hamburger was so greasy, the bun was completely soggy and the plate was full of grease. When I git up and got anther waitress attention. I was told it was butter on the buns. When I told her to look at the plate. I was told that she had noticed something different. I don't know what happened to this location but the service use to be the best and now not so much. During my visit I saw people leave without being helped. I saw a man in a wheel chair not be greeted as he enter the restaurant and he just saw himself to a table. I was cold when I first walked in I asked the hostess to please get me a hot chocolate and she just smiled then I asked her again as I was being seated and again she just grinned finally I ordered it again from the waiter I ordered a Cesar salad when the waiter gave me the salad he apologized that they had ran out of Cesar dressing. I also ordered the zesty nachos I do not recommend it did not taste good and they were poorly constructed. The cook needs to take some more lessons. Nachos are the easiest things to make. read more

So I can here today hoping to get the same experience we usually get in any other Denny's. There was a middle eastern/Indian worker that was dressed differently then everyone else. The employees were trying to be as attentive as they could be but the Indian worker was trying to take over everyone's position while also trying to do his own. It was horrible service he kept mixing up our orders and forgetting to get our drinks, you can tell the other employees were trying to save the service but he just kept ruining it. I asked if he was the new owner and he said no so I'm hoping he's given proper training because he will run that restaurant down. read more
