Decided to take myself for a solo date, I am a member of Dennys rewards so I received my FREE value slam! And paid for a side of hash browns. The food was fresh and hot. The ambience was calm and quiet for a Saturday midday. My only disappointment was service was not 100%. Went with my Cher Angel for a comfy dinner after a 54 hr work week. This Dennys is always the bomb, excellent service and good hearty food. When leaving Denny's has always honored me for my Service to this Great Nation with a discount. Well, I was enlightened that policy has changed. They only give a discounts if you stay in the hotel next store. Cross street Merced Fowler. Is this with all Dennys? or just here? Myself as a vet that served our Great Nation appreciate a small gesture that makes my service not in vain. I understand we who served did not do it for the discount, of course. It's the respect. The server was really rude, we got to the restaurant and the table was super dirty I asked her to clean it and she got upset about it. Then when she finally did clean it she was being fake nice meanwhile she was serving everyone else in a nice manner. She didn't have her name tag so I can't give out a name but she was an older white lady with a lot of make up. Thank you, Fowler Denny's , for giving our family an easy , chill, lovely Thanksgiving . This year was different as our grandma wasn't able to host as usual, we decided to celebrate together without the pressure of putting the cooking on one household-enter Dennys! The Turkey dinner was delicious, the service was amazing! We had a big group , loud toddlers and crying babies, thank you for putting up with us :) it was a festive and fun setting. Love this Dennys! Staff is always friendly. The morning cook gets down in the kitchen. Order the Santa Fe skillet with over medium eggs. It came out sizzling with the perfect eggs. This is the only Denny's I go to it's a great one, the workers are nice and the food is great!

4stars mainly cause the reason we came was for the chicken biscuits and gravy my son loves . Well all the food was good but his dry chicken hard biscuits . We all did good swap at the table so he ate after a 42 nothing football game he deserved anything he wanted . Service was slow really but they stayed happy .
