It may not be the flashiest truck at the market, but what it lacks in glam, it makes up for in flavor. The tacos were delicious, with meat that was just a tiny bit overdone -- but honestly, the salsa more than made up for it. Their salsa was the best of the day by far: fresh, flavorful, and with just the right kick. I also loved being able to take full control over my extras -- toppings, salsas, condiments -- the whole works. The condiment station could have used a quick tidy-up, but it felt more like the result of enthusiastic (and messy) customers than neglect. A big bonus for me: they serve their tacos on a single tortilla. No unnecessary doubling here -- and it still held up perfectly. Less waste, great texture, and a sturdier taco than I expected! I'll definitely be back. If you're at the Farmers Market and craving a satisfying, straightforward, and tasty taco, Taqueria Jaliscience is absolutely worth a stop.

In summary Messed up the order and didn't take ownership…read more Dry Asada Fries with little flavor even with the guac and sour We called in an order of Asada Fries that costed $18. We asked what was on it and the lady said meat beans onions cheese with guac and sour on the side. There was no mention of jalapenos. She said we could do half asada half chicken. When we got the fries there were no beans and there was jalapenos which we were not notified about. It was dry and unflavorful. The cheese was coagulated I can't stand when cheese clumps up and sticks to very few fries instead of being distributed. Hubby forgot to call back until a day or two later they said the lady who took our order wasn't in I don't care who took my order If I say my order wasn't right then anybody should be able to fix it I shouldn't have to wait till that person comes back in. Why would I lie about beans? All Im asking for is credit for the beans. Not like I'm asking for an entire meal comp. We only chose to eat there because they said they put beans on the fries. Not every restaurant puts beans on the fries, you have to pay extra. This messed up my entire meal and experience with them, not to mention on my anniversary. We do things low key . That was my first meal there and it makes me not want to order anything ever again or even go sit down there. I forgot to take a picture before and i agree my own cheese

Then the day comes when you say 'screw it' and finally decided to go in, only to get blown away. Yeah, that's EXACTLY what happened in my case. I finally decided to go in and check it out after hearing many good things about and it was AMAZING. The attendants behind the counter super courteous and sweet, heck, I felt like the most important person in there. A nice atmosphere despite having to remove their dinning area due to COVID, but from what I saw, it carried a good ambiance. Anyways, I got to the counter and ordered my food (shrimp fries), waited a bit and then was given it. Right away I could SMELL the shrimp and boy was my mouth watering. Ugh-- totally swooned right then and there. It was really hard to resist the urge of just sitting in my car and eating the whole thing right there. Nevertheless, I made it home in the end with my precious package intact and it was still friggin piping hot. So much shrimp was packed into along with gooey cheese and some sort of sauce. I didn't know what it was, but it was delicious. It was a massive portion too. Needless to say, I wasn't able to finish it all in one go, but that only meant I'd have more for later! All in all, l LOVED the experience and I LOVED the food. I will definitely be stopping by here again!

We tried this food truck at Gazebo Gardens. What a cute set-up. Now for Naynay's truck review- I…read moredon't know if I was spoiled or what, but I grew up eating Filipino food at friends' houses and it was so much better than this. Naynay's lumpia were nice and crispy but just didn't have that delicious flavor I remember. The sweet chili sauce was good and it helped with the so-so flavor. Where I was really disappointed was the pancit. Yucky. :( It didn't have the right vegetables and waaay too much cilantro on top. I tried putting the soy sauce mixture on top but that didn't even help. The worst part was that we waited a really long time for our food. Numbers were called out of order and other people waiting for their food were looking around to see if others were waiting too. My husband ordered first at Naynay's and then went over to another truck to order Korean tacos. The tacos were ready super fast and we were trying to eat all the food together but while waiting for Naynay's the tacos started getting cold so we ended up eating them and even then we still waited quite a while before our food from Naynay's was done. Overall, just not a good experience with Naynay's, which is sad because they're the whole reason I wanted to go check out the food truck night.
