You could try but Unless your product is up to snuff you'll be just another taco shop blown in and blown out like some sort of foliage in the fall. This is Fresno and we know tacos. You will be tried and tested and proven or disproven because it's a dog eat dog world When it comes to taco trucks in the valley. So why is this place worth the five stars. Simply because it's better than anything else around. From the flavor to the texture to the portions to the all-around execution and build of their tacos. Mind you this is an intersection with ataco stand on all corners. Jenny's tacos simply stands in rebellious confidence not even batting an eye at the competition. The miche was beautiful and the chammoy was top tier!! None of that red dye water chammoy. I always order the menudo to judge like Gordon Ramsey. It did not disappoint, the ratio of tripe to hominy was not 50/50 but it was favorable. The star of the show are the tortillas!
