We stopped for breakfast with our son, who is stationed at Eglin. I had a great +55 omelette with grits, my wife hade a +55 egg breakfast, while our son had the French toast slam. All were served promptly and hot! We were here on a quiet Saturday morning. We were promptly greeted and seated. The manager and waitress were very nice. read more

This is what you expect from a Denny's. Solid food, great hash browns and solid gravy. The cheesey hash was solid and eggs were solid as well. I prefer a more crispy bacon than delivered but good enough for me. read more

Store pretty shabby & not well maintained. Staff & servers are very good but owners not taking care. I ordered turkey & dressing, mashed potatoes & broccoli. Server wanted to charge me for "dressing" as a side! Portions were not to Dennys standards & pretty skimpy! I went here more than once & got breakfast the other time! read more

So the beginning of the breakfast was good. We had Amy she was very nice and everything came out correct but then she disappeared we didn't see her but once or twice the whole hour we were there. I had to ask another server for boxes before our server finally came back with boxes and the check. They need more staff on the floor and in the back. As we were leaving I heard them tell customers there was a 45 minute wait for food and it wasn't busy there were several empty tables! read more

There were 4 of us in our party . We were seated at the round table. I liked so much. Tina was so attentive and nice. She brought our coffee and gave us plenty of time. To make our selections, we ordered steak and eggs. And the steak was cooked perfectly. I ordered the make your own omelet with spinach, caramelized, onions and avocado, it was packed full, and so delicious Tina continued to take note whether we needed more coffee or jelly or anything else. I thank her for her kindness. And we plan to return one more time before we leave the state of Florida. John Janet, Charles and Janice. read more

Tasty food. Place was busy & servers were trying the best they could, but were friendly still. Restaurant is clean & workers visibly clean when they can. I grabbed the very berry pancakes! read more

This place needs an update. The seating is limited and the staff was short the day we were there. We had to wait about 30 minutes before we could we could be seated. They were short-staffed, so service was slow. read more

Denny's is the last breakfast place here in town that has been here for 20+ years in the same location. Nowadays you can pick where you want to sit. I prefer to sit in the front when you first walk in. Lots of booths but the 2nd booth has a drip of water. My dad and I have been splitting the $5.99 special. Two eggs, two bacon, two sausages, 2 pancakes, and hash browns. It's plenty for two ppl to split. The only syrups they have are regular and sugar free. Coffee is good and strong. They also have a mixture of creamers: half and half, vanilla, and hazelnut. I've been back a few times and you don't always get the same waitress. read more

I have been a regular for 20+ years. The new management needs to step up and buy 2 new coffee brewers, $1700 for both, because the two they have now have been broken for months. Using a home, 1 each, coffee brewer in a commercial setting is crazy. Get off your pocket books and replace the Commercial equipment with commercial equipment. As far as waitresses, Genette and Amy are awesome. As far as cooks, Mickey is the BEST. They are why I keep coming back. read more

The staff was very warm and welcoming. I just got off a red eye flight and they totally didn't mind me moping there for a few hours on a slow weekday morning as I waited to check in my hotel. Food was good, my egg was a little undercooked but I wasn't feeling it much anyway so I just didn't ask for a new one. Grandma my waiter was as wholesome as they come, tipped her 70% cus why not it's Denny's. Would definitely come back if i'm in the area again. read more

I went to Denny's for Thanksgiving dinner and it was very good and affordable. I had the traditional dinner for seniors and I still had to take half of it home (lucky me). The new management have really stepped up to the plate! I will be back. Thank you. read more

I came in at exactly noon and took my son to lunch. After ordering we received our drinks. Then my sons food comes and I was told that they were out of the "nachos " and could Not fulfill my order. I didn't want anything really heavy for lunch, so the server convinced me that the loaded tots were just like the nachos and they were great. I took his word for it and ordered them. He brings me the order that had 6 tater tots covered with pico and Queso cheese and I had to ask for sour cream. As I ate this "appetizer ", I noticed a cockroach on the shade of the window. This roach was moving quickly around the shade. I grabbed my purse and my son and quickly got out of the booth. I told the server about the roach and it didn't even fase him!!! Dennys is seriously the "Pit" of a dinner. That manager doesn't give a rats ass about his restaurant. I'm out!! No more Dennys for us. I don't want to dine with roaches. Very pleasantly surprised. Had the Garlic Peppercorn Steak. Husband had bourbon chicken skillet. Very flavorful and tender and cooked just right. Waiter Steven was attentive and helpful. Protest service in the world; several waiters chatting with coworkers instead of taking care of customers.

We visited 1/8/22 at about 8:30am. Party of 6 and a half. Seated right away. Bonus! Noticed nothing on the table looked wiped off, table barely, although there was a "sanitized" sign on it. Bathrooms, ugh. Hmmm... Our waitress was very eager and efficient. Took our drink orders and got them out, explained about "The original slam", which was $2 cheaper than the grand, but she'll add on a hash brown to boot, one got this. Party also ordered chicken biscuit bowl, Philly cheesesteak omelet, cheeseburger and a grand slam. I ordered "Moons over my Hammy", which I used to get.. a lot, not in years and NEVER AGAIN. We waited quite awhile before any food came out. It was not busy yet. Food finally came out, except mine and my son's other half of his "special" original slam. Waited about 5 extra minutes to get mine.... I waited for a greasy, limp grilled cheese with a little egg and ham on it. Pic included. What you saw is ALL I ate of it. It was awful! Our waitress, by the way, came back once, asked how everything was without making any eye contact with me, even though I was. I tried to speak and she darted off. Saw her once more when she dropped off the check and again darted. Believe her name was Amy? Once I needed to see, we didn't see her. Obviously, prices are raised way up but food quality waaay down. Why bother with that $10 glorified, greasy grilled cheese? We were only passing through and will never be back and I don't suggest stopping. read more

Food was amazing!! Waitress was awesome, her name is Amy. She treated us great, we have a friend with us that is celiac disease and gluten free. She made sure to clear everything and clean everything. Gave her food to her first before ours was even done. Made us laugh so many times. Made sure to fill up our drinks when they came close to being gone. 10/10 experience. Would go again read more

Have been here about 5 times in the last year because my son lives close and the Grandkids like it, but today was the last for me. Ordered 2 different menu items that arrived without the signature sauce specified only to be told that they were out of the sauce. Was not told before ordering and was not offered another item in exchange. One was the Tres Leches pancakes without the Cream sauce. Terrible management. Was told that it had been a busy weekend and it was Sunday and they had just run out of stuff. The problem is it was a Saturday about 1pm! Waitress was great and was really embarrassed. The manager Danielle ended up giving us a police discount of 50% on the 2 items only. Went there to get milkshakes but left and went to Sonic Will never go back read more

0 Stars if Yelp allowed it. Restaurant is absolutely disgusting. I can't believe it hasn't been shut down. Old food on every surface. Even the 'clean' silverware was sticky (managed to find 3 clean forks out of 8 that they brought to the table). We only stayed because we were supposed to meeting the rest of our group there. After 45 minutes and still having received no food, they told us they'd had a backup in their grease line and that it was mixing with sewage, so they couldn't cook any more food. We gladly left. Would never recommend this restaurant to anyone who doesn't want food poisoning or want to sit in someone else's mess. read more

Last time we went to this Denny's for breakfast the food was cold but the server was nice. We gave it another try this week and it was a disaster. This time the eggs were hot but the sausages were cold. The Pancakes special came uncooked with runny batter. We never got any napkins or our order of sliced tomatoes. While we were trying to get the servers attention, we saw her ask the cook for a slice of cheese, which he placed in the palm of her hand, the same hand that we saw her whipping her runny nose with a minute earlier. She then palm plopped the cheese slice on a burger, walked away to the unsuspecting guest. Sorry, never Denny's again. read more

This place takes way too long to prep food! Go to IHOP instead. And customer service sucks and it's a dirty place.

Wow. Does this place get any better? Came in this morning and was shocked to wait 43min for drinks once seated. I don't think anyone knows what anyone is doing. It is so disorganized. I am appalled at the hygiene of the employees, and the area in general. I really think some professional cooperate intervention is needed at this location. The food is not made completely cooked, the service is awful, if you are wanting a splash of cross contamination, ecoli, and be shocked at the service, and lack of professional appearance and attitude. Come to Denny's! Food is served cold! Drinks are served in dirty, greasy cups. It's a pleasant joy- said no one ever read more

Denny's has finally gotten its s*** together. Last time I ate here, I was professionally greeted at the door by an attentive and interested host/waiter. He immediately sat me down and made informed recommendations from the menu. The meal I ordered, a skillet dinner, was absolutely delicious, cooked to perfection, and exceeded my expectations. My waiter was always at hand throughout my dining experience. He maintained his professionalism and friendliness. Providing me refills on my coffee. And asking my opinion about my meal. The entire experience was satisfying to say the least. And worth every penny. From the friendly, attentive waiter. To the well cooked food. I felt well served. I left the waiter a big tip, I was so satisfied. And I plan to return. read more

Zero stars. We arrived a family of 7 to have lunch and they had the entire dinning room area closed. Only seating available was the front booths in the front. The server tried to engage her manager to see what she should do as they could not seat us. He came out and said maybe she should ask one of the clients seated and dining if they could move. A few minutes passed, he didn't acknowledge us and they just left us there standing in the lobby. I never in all my life have been treated this way eating out at a Denny's. This franchisee should really have the name Denny's removed, for lack of customer service, management skills and pure laziness. read more

Wow, we had a super breakfast here today. The food was hot and perfect. I got my eggs just the way I like them. Can't figure out what others are complaining about. kudos Denny's for a job well done. read more

Typically we don't complain much but I will say that denny's has messed up our orders too many times for me not to saying anything. Most the time it's a 50/50 chance that our order is right, for example we'll order a special pancake like the cinnamon roll pancake or the short berry dream cake pancake and when we get our order they give us a plain pancake with absolutely nothing on it or anything on the side that might come on the pancake. So we get charged extra for a "fancy" pancake but then get a plain of the plainest pancakes. And we don't get our money back or a remake on the food because we order through doordash. Even if it's not through doordash they'll mess the order up. read more

Haley done an awesome job. Service with a smile. Food was great and glad and everyone was very friendly

I love Denny's restaurants, but this one is the WORST one I have ever been to. I try my best to give every restaurant the benefit of the doubt but this place takes the 1st place trophy for the most terrible restaurant I have ever stepped in. They are VERY slow. No leadership or organization in this place!! That being said if you'd like to come wait for an hour for your food when they aren't even busy, have the worst service and no good hygiene from any worker this is the place to come....just don't. read more

Terrible review coming up...arrived here at 9:30 on a Saturday morning hoping for a quick bite to eat. We were seated pretty quickly and some coffee came about 5-7 minutes afterwards. The table next to us was complaining about not having the right toast, or part of their breakfast. The table on our other side was complaining about not getting a portion of their order as well. It took 45 minutes for our food to arrive. Wait staff didn't know which tables were assigned to them, hostess was no help, kitchen was beyond slow, even for the south. And now, shortly after arriving home, I am posting this review from my bathroom..."just one stomach flu away from my goal weight". read more

If by chance they could actually get an order right I would have no problem my husband and I ordered 70 dollars worth of food and not only did we not even get all of order but we completely got cold uncooked food my eggs aren't cooked fully, my avocado burger had old avocado, fries were cold and tasted old and browning. I ordered pancakes and syrup and god for bid they cannot do there job and make sure all the food was in there. We will never be ordering or eating from this store again. read more

This is the worst!!! So gross. Not only did we wait 30 minutes for our food (a simple breakfast order for 3 people) we watched one of the waitresses put her bare hand into the lettuce container and eat out of it. She then went back to serving food and making change. Everything is sticky. Won't eat here again read more
