Our visit to this place was an absolute delight! The food was great, and the service was impressively fast. Although I didn't catch our waitress's name, she was not only great but incredibly friendly, turning our experience into something truly incredible and amazing. Our coffee cups were consistently full, and the food arrived hot and fresh, showcasing the staff's attention to detail. The best Denny's I've ever been to hands down. Great food and service, and they're 24 hours so you don't have to worry about making it to dinner before they close. We were in town for the weekend and ate there every night. We had a bunch of different things and they were all great, but our favorites were the prime rib philly and the loaded bacon cheddar tots. We got those two nights in a row! Our servers were amazing every night. Definitely will be eating here every time we visit ely! read more

We stay in Ely every few weeks. Staying at the Nevada Hotel you get coupons for breakfast. It is your typical Denny's food wise. HOWEVER, the staff are always amazing and SHIRLENE is the best. Even though she was having a hard day yesterday, there was a table that were very disrespectful, she had a smile for us and made sure we were taken care of. It was super busy and some things took a little longer, but we still had a great time. Thank you Shirlene and everyone for breakfast!!! read more

The food was excellent! I had the T-bone steak, and it was cooked perfectly the service was phenomenal my waitress (Kira) was very attentive and made the experience very welcoming. She was wonderful and seemed to be the only waitress taking care of all the tables in the restaurant. She even sat me at a table I asked for to watch the football game that was on making the experience here very nice. Hope the next time I eat at this establishment I have her as my waitress again. read more

A cheerful, welcoming server seated us. This was a surprise. When we arrived, the Associates were a bit stressed out and we had to wait for about 15 minutes before being seated, so we were not optimistic for a positive experience. Then we learned that our server was the manager. Her name was Hannah and what a delight!!! Very nice, humorous, warm smile, efficient. Hannah has an extremely bright future, and hope that Denny's treats her really well and cherishes her!!!! read more

Katrina is the best server that Dennys has. I have a large family (6 kids), and we always come in after events with the kids. Katrina always greets us with a smile, and my girls (5 and 10) absolutely love her. I know when we 1st come in and there are 12 of us, it is overwhelming. She always handles us with a smile and makes it look easy. We now only come when she is here. A great asset to Denny's. We love you, Katrina. You are the very best. read more

Shirlene was very pleasant today! as soon as we walked in we were sat immediately. we had a couple questions about items on the menu & she did not hesitate to help us even when she had to go walk to the kitchen and ask! our coffees were refilled immediately! the food was hot and up to our expectations! definitely the best service I've had at Dennys! we might have to leave Las Vegas more often jusy to come here! thanks again Shirlene! read more

Shirlene has always been the most attentive and on top of it waitress! My family and I have been coming here for well over a decade and she is by far our most favorite waitress! We always would try to be put in her section, it's definitely pleasant when you come to a sit down restaurant and are served with a smile no matter what! Friendly staff, food is good for a diner. The Ladies who are waiting tables have been doing it for a very long time and know how to treat their guests right! We come here EVERY SUNDAY for our family brunch and have a great time. We have great conversation and friendly reception even when they are super busy. The one star is for the manager who is really rude!! I don't know how the staff puts up with her, she is so mean to them!! I see those poor girls working their tails off, and she has absolutely no respect for them, except maybe the other Hispanic girls, she's very friendly with them. I just don't get it. Had breakfast here and was very happy with my experience. The food was good and our server Mary got to us quick and even brought out my sons order sooner, as he was getting a little restless and about to have a full meltdown. Never been a fan of Dennys because each one Iv been too was always some sort of poor service. This changed my attitude! The staff was friendly and polite and the food tasted good. Always a reliable place to stop on the road, but this location even had a little shaded parking out front so it was safe to leave the dog for a quick stop (in the winter/spring at least...). read more
