I had…read morethree washer machines that I was using, two out of three of those washer machines worked properly. One of the machines that I was using didn't produce any detergent although I used a great amount of detergent. I told the attendant "Gloria" what was going on and she totally disregarded what I was trying to explain to her. She was very rude and dismissive towards me. She pretty much brushed off the issue that I told her that I was having with the washer machine not cleaning my clothes. I even explained to her how the other washer machine produced soap but this machine in particular didn't. But instead of "Gloria" trying to rectify the situation she simply gave me a big F U! I asked her for her managers name and number but she told me she didn't have it, so I then asked when will her manager be available she claim he or she will be in on Sunday but she couldn't provide a time. After having this experience with "Gloria's" unprofessionalism I won't be returning back to this laundry facility ever again for "Gloria's" terrible customer service skills. To be honest she shouldn't be dealing with the public with that kind of disposition. I was highly offended by her service, or lack thereof.

It's a super clean place, the washing machines are new, they are clean and work very well. The dryers also work well. You can pay with coins or with the Local card. I put ALL my clothes INSIDE the washing machine and an employee came up to me saying that her coworker didn't want to clean the machines anymore "if you want to wash your going to have to take out your clothes & move them to the other side & if you put softener you'll have to put it inside since she doesn't want to clean it" *rolls her eyes* the fact that even your own employees are complaining about this person is insane there's no reason you should have people like this working here! I wasn't able to get her name but she's always working here she has blond/ brownish hair & a light complexion she's always closing at nights/she speaks Spanish as well I wasn't able to get her name because I didn't want to interact with her again but this is insane I've never had to deal with something like this & I'm so disappointed. I truly wish you guys will look into fixing this problem so other customers don't experience the same treatment. Thank you for your help, but unfortunately because of this experience we will be looking to take our clothes elsewhere what she did was rude & completely out of line!

5 Stars for being so clean! 5 Stars for the person working tonight. 5 Stars for number of machines…read moreand the size of the place. This had the ability to be the best laundromat that I have seen. However I have to rate 1 star for the biggest reason anyone would go to a laundromat between another. THE PRICE IS BAD! The washer is about a dollar higher than other places. And with all the positives they offer I would totally be willing to pay the extra dollar (adds up when doing a number of loads) but the cloths come out VERY WET. The spin cycle needs to run 3 times as long. So by the time you put the dripping wet cloths in the dryer it takes twice as long to dry as it would have if the washer spin cycle was not shortened. And then you find out the $0.25 dryer gives you about a third the time as every other laundry mat. By the time you pay the extra for the washer and the triple price for the dryer due to the extra high dryer price and the extra wet cloths coming out of the washer. They lost all 5 stars and are stuck with the 1 star due to not having no zero as an option. Over priced and the machines are rigged to Jip you on your time/quality.
