We had been putting off remodeling our kitchen for decades. Our original kitchen dated back to…read more1982, and although we had always wanted to update it, I was very reluctant to take on such a major project. I worried about the disruption to our lives, the expense, and especially having people working in our home for an extended period of time. From the very beginning, All Pro Construction made the entire process so much easier than I anticipated. Their team was professional, respectful, dependable, and genuinely committed to doing quality work. Saul and Gabby listened to what we wanted, answered our questions, and kept us informed throughout the project. What impressed us most was their attention to detail and their willingness to make sure everything was done right. Even when unexpected issues came up--as they inevitably do with a remodel--they worked through them and found solutions rather than taking shortcuts. The transformation of our kitchen is amazing. It feels like a completely different home, and we absolutely love the finished result. After living with our 1982 kitchen for so many years, it is hard to believe this beautiful, updated kitchen is actually ours! Most importantly, the experience was far less stressful than I had feared. We are so glad we finally took the plunge, and we are extremely grateful that we chose All Pro Construction to do the job. We would wholeheartedly recommend All Pro Construction to anyone considering a kitchen remodel. They did an outstanding job, and we couldn't be happier with our new kitchen!

The project ended up being more challenging than just the size, when we went move a metal support beam up into the ceiling to increase the visual size of the kitchen and ran into issues pulling permits with the city. Giani saw to it that other items were attended to during the delay and the project kept moving forward throughout the permit process. We also ran into issues when the granite for our center island countertop was found to have a crack that prevented it from being fabricated. Giani worked with the granite yard and fabricator to get us a new undamaged piece that we loved more than the first. Giani and his entire team were courteous, clean and had excellent attention to detail. The cabinetry work was top notch and turned out beautiful. Rarely do you run into contractors that actually show up when they say they will, return phone calls, and have excellent communication. Giani is the entire package. We are extremely happy with the end result. Our kitchen and great room are sophisticated and look like a showplace, but are still comfortable and inviting. We have just hired Giani Construction back to assist us with a new project - a bathroom remodel. I would definitely recommend him to others!
