This man is incredible…read more First of all, he was representing the seller in my purchase, and yet I came away from the deal (large boat, many, many dollars) feeling like he represented both the dealer and I equally well to ensure a fair deal on the part of everyone involved. He went absolutely above and beyond at every stage. He helped get us the best slip in the marina to park our new-to-us 42 foot catamaran. He personally financed several upgrades and kickbacks to the deal that totaled almost 1% of the total purchase in our favor - just out of the kindness of his heart. He's taking his personal time to come help us with lessons in docking and maneuvering to get us started. The list absolutely goes on. He closed this deal with us more than a week ago, and he's still coming around to help with the tasks he said he'd offer support for, and his consistently positive attitude is downright contagious. I can say with total confidence and zero hesitation that this man - if he's not the most upstanding guy in the business, he's pretty damn close to it. He's always on the go; he obviously works hard, and I am convinced beyond a shadow that he will do right by his customers every time. I was at a loss for how to express my gratitude for the smooth and rewarding nature of this transaction which was largely due to his effectiveness as a broker. I figured writing a public review to that effect was the very least I could do. I have to say, the whole process was quick, easy and we were out on the water within just a couple days. To say this is a dream come true would be an understatement. The dry stack app makes getting the boat in and out of the water super easy and convenient. And now we're part of the Waypoint family, at least that's what it feels like; everyone working at Waypoint is just so nice, helpful and generous. I dinged my prop this weekend and they got me in for their prop exchange today (which i was…read morethankful for). They switched out my prop and thats when the real fun began! My cell phone dropped in a small slot in between the seats right when I got out past the fuel dock and went below deck (one in a million times this could have happened....). I heard a clunk and for the life of me could not find the phone. I was like, you have to be kidding me right? I came back after searching madly for my phone and showed up again... Here I am! Guess what? I dropped my cell between the seats and cannot locate it! William Sims literally climbed in to the smallest space where I store my fenders and undid a few screws. The phone was below deck in the most impossible place a phone could have landed. A half hour later, screw drivers, other tools, and lots of sweat later the phone was located. He never gave up! Another nice guy came in at the end as his arms were longer and was the one who actually retrieved the phone. I literally was ready to go to Apple and make a claim and buy a new phone. I can't say how relieved I was. That was what I call above and beyond service. Hats off to William and the other chap with the long arms. And Kenji for taking my panicked call a few days before when I realized my prop was dinged and then Greer who got me in so i could use my boat. Bravo!
