I was referred to Dr. Doan by my dentist (Silicon Valley Dental) to do my Invisalign treatment about three months ago. I am so happy with the results so far, and the care that I have received from Dr. Doan and her team! I had metal braces when I was in middle school, and my bottom teeth had shifted a bit in front (nothing major). It was starting to bother me and I decided to do both top and bottom Invisalign aligners to straighten and beautify my smile again. I'm almost done with the treatment, and I am glad I made great decision to stop delaying and get it done! Thank you, Dr. Doan and team! read more

We had such a wonderful experience with Denise Doan for my son's braces. The entire team was friendly, professional, and helped bring out his smile beautifully! The front office staff is always helpful and very flexible with scheduling. We highly recommend Denise Doan, DDS. Thank you! read more

Don't consider about going to this place if you want to do your braces. They never stay to one appointment, when they call you in for an "appointment" it's just a 2 minute check up and reschedule you. They waste time. I like the orthodontist here so that's why I come, but when my kids come they just waste time and don't actually do anything without me knowing. read more

I was referred to this place by a friend, and I've been seeing Dr. Doan for my dental care ever since. Going on 6 years now. From my very first visit, I felt welcomed by the entire staff. Many thanks to Dr Doan and staffs for providing excellent services and professional cares throughout my two years of orthodontic work. Nobody wants to go see a dentist. At least 90% of the people I know would agree. The other 10% are still thinking about it haha. Unless there is a need for it then I would think about going to a dentist. Dr Doan and her staff have made me think again. I kinda 'want' to come here more often now ;) Great people provide top notched service in a super friendly manner. Each and every single staff member always welcome their customers with a big smile, just to show off how beautiful their teeth are, and that they will serve and make you feel as comfortable as possible. Dr Doan and staff have helped me with my braces for the past 2 years. Today I was so happy to have them off of my teeth, and I can't be thankful enough. I appreciate all effort to put that big smile on my face, for me to know that I am so confident about myself now that I have beautiful teeth. Thank you Dr Doan. Thank you, Vu!! Each time I look at my son's teeth, I feel sad and unsatisfied. The lower jaw/ teeth got pulled in too much by Dr. Doan... just like the fence instead of straight up, those go about 20 degrees inside the mouth and the skin underneath the lower lip also went in. So after 3 years underDr. Doan's work.. my son's teeth go from a little bit overbite to underbite... read more

Great orthodontist! Dr Doan and her team consistently make sure I'm taken care of. They always check in and do not cut corners when working with my teeth. During this quarantine, their receptionist has been super supportive and helpful. I needed bands and I had the bands shipped to my address the next day! My friend recommended Dr. Denise to me and I have never regretted that I decided to get braces at Dr. Denise's office in Sunnyvale. Dr. Denise and her staff have amazing professionalism and customer service which make me feel extremely comfortable for their orthopedics treatment. My experience with Dr Doan and her staff has been great. She's detail oriented, caring, patient, transparent in presenting me with treatment options with pro/con. Her staff is easy to work with, flexible, four different assistants worked on my braces on my regular visits, standard of excellence was consistent, always took the time to ensure comfort. Paola was extremely efficient in scheduling and billing, and accommodating with emergency visit (broken wires). The results exceeded my expectations, given my case is more complex than others - working around bone graft timelines with an oral surgeon etc. I highly recommend her team for your orthodontics needs. I had initial evaluations with a few other orthodontists, one of whom even suggested me get other extensive procedures. So I'm extremely grateful to have her as my specialist. read more

I got my braces with her in 7th grade (I'm a freshman in college now), and she still makes the efforts to see me in order to make sure my teeth haven't moved back. Dr. DENISE DOAN is a fantastic dentist with great skills and knowledge plus an open and caring manner I have ever had. The dental staff is also very good also. When I first time came to visit the office, Dr. Denise and her staff were patient, informative, compassionate, and extremely dedicated to my well-being. The entire team is so well informed of their work, honestly, everyone on the team is wonderful at what they do. I have been taken care of by a doctor's assistant named Thien Vu, who is very thoughtful and dedicated. Finally, I have a really satisfied smile. Highly recommend! read more

If you were like me in search of a miracle doctor to save my teeth then look no further! Dr. Doan and her amazing staff are extremely supportive! They work in a very fast but coordinated pace that will tend to every patient's needs. I genuinely feel like they cared about my results as she cares for each of her patient as if they were the only one. I paid my balance early on and thought she would just remove my braces off once they became somewhat straight. But instead she told me to keep the braces on for a few extra months to make sure they are nothing but perfect. They go the extra mile to ensure you are comfortable and aware of the process/progress. I would highly recommend her as an orthodontist; if anything stop by for a consultation and you'll experience what I described. P.s Thank you Dr. Doan for fixing my smile! read more

The location is good, and we like that she charges for the expected time frame and no extra afterward, even if it took you longer to get your teeth done. We don't like that we have to wait for almost an hour, every time, with an appointment. They need to improve their system for taking patients. Something, like time calculation, must be wrong, and it has to be corrected. read more

First off, there will always be 2 sides to each story. Her office is always very busy, but she delivers great results! It is on the client to make the appointment once they walk out of the office! There's only 1 doctor and thousands of clients. Nevertheless to say, she is the most ethical doctor I've seen! She helps those in needs! When I told her my financial situation, she even furthered out my payment without interest. On top of that, she never disrespect anyone from what I've seen even if they don't pay on time like me or not give service. By the end of the day, I paid up and am very happy with my smile. So many compliments. Most doctors said I have to extract before braces. Doctor Doan based off my xray and said no extraction and worked around it. She said if I extracted , my jaw will look very small which makes my smile small. For her, it's all about a beautiful big even smile. I am grateful! read more

I am in my 50s now. Before meeting Dr. Denise, I looked several orthodontists through my network. I was very confusing to choose the right orthodontist until I met Dr. Denise. I chose Invisalign which was super convenient to me while I was still meeting people everyday at my workplace in Zoom during Covid and in person. Dr. Doan gave me a great impression at my first visits and throughout the treatment. Her office was clean and her team was so friendly and professional. The schedule was flexible and not hard to book although the office was always busy. She was a very nice, caring and knowledgeable doctor who understood patient's need with reasonable cost. I would highly recommend her for all ages. Thank you so much Dr. Denise and her team. I am so confident now with a big smile after 18 months of treatment. I would recommend my family members and friends as well to visit her. read more

I'm happy that I ended up going with Kifer dental as my ortho office, Dr Doan as well as her staff are all very friendly and very attentive when I'm there. Office is clean and spacious, and I'm never there for very long. I too agree that Dr. Doan and her staff are great! This is my second child with braces and what a different experience. I wish I had found her with my first son. They are always flexible with the apt times. My only issues are they are not open before noon and they days they are open. But since we only need to go in once a month its not too that bad. Their waiting room can get a little crazy but it seems they have everything under control. When he is in the chair I am able to sit next to him so if i have any questions she is right there to answer me. She explains whats going on with his treatment. I always recommend her to anyone who is shopping around for braces for their child. read more
