I was going to buy a bike of a particular manufacturer..... let's call the A.... but by having other manufacturers onsite, I realized I could get a better bike of manufacture B. I wouldn't have known the shortcomings unless I came to Holeshot. Like the logo of all car/motorcycle dealers in Langley " cone to Langley, it's worth the drive". No pressure sales, in hindsight their stock sells so they don't need to pressure anyone to buy. Downstairs Robert in parts helped me pick of a luggage rack set. He was very helpful but knowledgeable too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend anyone to these guys. There are like the SUPERSTORE of motorcycles in G.V.R.D

There is not one good thing to say about this place. My husband had his bike worked on here and…read morethey screwed up on the completion date a couple times which sucked. My husband arranged for a ride out there to pick up the bike but it wasn't ready when they said it would be so he had to scramble to get a ride home again. Total waste of time! I asked about getting a spare key ordered for my bike and they said it wasn't possible but they would order the blank needed. That cost $16 and didn't even cover the cutting cost. No mention that I could get the key blank anywhere else because they just wanted to gouge me on the price. The locksmith I used to cut the key said they only charge $5 per blank. I will NEVER spend another dime at Holeshot and recommend that anyone reading this stay away as well. There are plenty of other bike shops who will treat you a lot better.

It's wonderful to be on a first-name basis with their parts, service, and sales guys. They really treat their customers like friends... Also important, as a woman new to the sport of dirt biking, I can tell horror stories about getting ripped off by mechanics, etc. So glad I found these guys, they'd never treat their female clients like I've been treated elsewhere. Without hesitation, I send my girlfriends who ride here... Five stars, highly recommend these guys.

Absolutely abysmal service…read more I bought my first bike from International and the sales person was genuinely helpful and no pressure. However, thats where the good review ends. Once the purchase was made, they dropped off the face of the earth. I had questions about bringing my bike in for service and finance and EVERY single email and phone call I ever made was not returned. A few months after that, I started receiving texts asking if i was still looking for a new bike and when I explained via text that i already had bought one, and my messages werent being returned, whoever on the opposite side tried to call me once, and then stopped responding to the text conversation. When I was finally able to bring it in for service - I had to ride to their old Grandview Hwy location to book an appointment - while the bike was in for service, they had to move the bike to their Langley location because of some safety issue with the building. Sure. I get it. Things like that happen. However, they wouldn't return my bike to East Van for me, and I had to miss a day of work so I could bus out to Langley from east van to collect my bike. I repeat, I had to take a day off work so i could bus from East Van to Langley to get my bike. This was weeks after they first took my bike in for service. The only thing they said was 'Sorry. Its been crazy.' and 'We'll knock off 10% off the bill'. I work in film, and lots of us ride, and I use every opportunity to tell my colleagues what a miserable experience it was dealing with International Motorsports. Never again will they get my business.

I booked an appointment about two weeks in advance for a simple 40K service and to have my cruise control checked. Brought my ride in at 9:30am on time and spoke with the "service advisor". She informed me that the service would be about 3 hours and my bike would be ready that afternoon. So I went to Moxie's for some breakfast and then later to Starbucks to plug in the laptop and do some work. When I returned to Barnes at around 12:30pm (now the afternoon) I was pissed to see my bike sitting in the exact same place as where I left it about three hours earlier. When I asked the "service advisor" she said they were waiting on a special service tech to look at the cruise control. I asked, "Well, in the past three hours couldn't you have at least done the 40k service while you were waiting?" (Not to mention that nobody told me they needed a special service tech or that he didn't come in until after 1:00pm.) Her only response was, "Well I told you it would be ready this afternoon" What's the point in making a 9:30am appointment if your ride is simply going to sit in the sun for 3+ hours!!! What happened to common sense, customer service and respect for your customer's time? When I mentioned all this to the person sitting in the office with "general manager" on the door his only response was "I guess I'll have to speak to her". Finally, at about 1:00pm (and a half day wasted) a mechanic got his hands on my ride and did an excellent job. I'll have the cruise control, and all future servicing, done elsewhere.
