We have been bringing both our vehicles here for years. Service has gone down hill. The time before this wasn't good but wanted to give the business another chance. Needless to say, it doesn't matter if you pay for the most expensive package expecting a detailed detailing. I did a walk around and pointed out excess product here and there and he wiped it off. When I got home and parked in the driveway I did a thorough check. Tires were nice and shiny but the wheels were filthy. The window trim still had a chalky layer. Behind the door handles still dirty, both inside and outside front window needed wiping, thick layer of road grime still on tire walls. The interior was fine. I haven't checked the engine compartment yet! So, not going back and do not recommend them. There was only 1 guy and the older guy is no longer there, so it may be a case of being short-handed, but having a car for 7 hours? read more

A bottle of rice vinegar from a bag of groceries rolled under the driver seat, froze, and exploded ‍ My car smelled awful. Beside the smell it was also just overdue for a detail and had a ton of dog hair and evidence of the 3 toddlers that ride around in it. Everybody here was super nice, it was quick and easy to schedule, and my car looks/smells better than it did the day we bought it! Definitely would recommend! read more

Don't waste your money. I'm not sure what happened with the other lovely reviewers but I got the shaft. I had expected, based on previous comments, to be wowed. No wows here, just regrets over spending $190 for something I really should have done myself. If you're going to call yourself a "detail" shop, then you've got to pay attention to, you know, the details. Understand that I took in my 1999 Chevy Tahoe that sees a lot of sticky fingers and coffee spills. It wasn't not overly grungy, but it wasn't ready for a show room either. My current complaints are: vanity mirrors didn't get cleaned, leather seats were dirty, the "detailers" missed grime when you open cup holders, stuff was splattered on the headliner, vacuuming wasn't complete ... I mean come on. And honest to god, whoever decided to oil the driver's side floor mat, to the point that it became a slip n' slide, needs their head examined. But - rush hour traffic was mighty fun with slippery mats and, because of transfer, slippery brake and gas pedals. So next time, save yourself a few hundred dollars and do it yourself. Or pay your kid. Trust me, they can do as good a job as what I just got. read more

M husband took our Ford truck and I left my sunglasses that I got for mother's day in the console of the truck and he had a baseball cap in there too. They stood the cap and the singlases out of the case. I have had the truck detail around town several times and heard this place did a good job. I never had them take anything out of the console. When my husband talked to them they would not budge. They need to monitor there employees and take action when a customer has a concern. Never again read more

For Christmas I was gifted a gift card for Denali auto detailing, I scheduled with them letting them know I had a gift card. We made the reservation and I was set to drop my vehicle off. When I dropped the vehicle off I presented the owner with the gift card which he said he wouldn't honor. He said that fraudulent gift cards are being sold online and that he couldn't honor them. He also told me that they have new gift cards that they are using. I asked him to look up the gift card as it was something that my dad had won at a work function and was not fraudulent. He said he wouldn't honor it and that it was most likely expired. I showed him the expiration date on the card was blank and therefore had no expiration date. He told me that it didn't matter and that he he was the owner and that he had recently bought the company from the old owner as wasn't going to honor any old gift cards. I asked him I if he was familiar with gift card law, to which he was not. I then informed him of the law and what it states. He told me to show him that on paper, which I informed him he can see it when he googled it after I left. So I have no experience with this company as I was denied the use of a merchandise(gift) card that was paid for through the company that they then refused to honor. read more

This is the most wonderful detailing place I have taken my car too in years! They even got out all the dog hair that was embedded in the back seat. They even clean the underneath your vehicle. We've used this service for several years and had been happy with it until couple of car detailings. They lost one of a set of rubber mats that went in the car. We called the next day to ask about the mat but had to leave a message. We left three messages and never received a call back. We went to their shop and brought a mat for them to see it. They said they didn't have it and offered $10 for loss of mat. Ten dollars isn't going to replace anything and would of course rather have the mat. We don't know if ownership has changed in last few years. We've used this service for several years and had been happy with it until the last couple of car detailings. Glad to have a clean truck. Made and changed the appointment online. Check in was easy and vehicle was ready when promised. Missed a few spots on mirrors and windows but all in all a good job. Didn't care for the protectant on my floor mats but I didn't specify this when checking it in. Happy with the work and the ease of picking up my vehicle-when I was running late to pick up they said they would wait for me if needed. Turned out I picked it up right before they closed. I took my truck here and was first very impressed with the guy I spoke to on the phone. However the vehicle I got back appeared it was don as an after thought and the job ended up looking like they drove it through automatic car wash. dirt and grime was left all over the vehicle the interior appeared to have not been touched. the guy that walked around the truck with me indicated he didnt have time to fix my issues and said I should call the owner. they didnt even attempt to wash the rear bumper. they offered to redo it but I had already been with out my truck and could not afford any more time with out it since I was using it out of town.....I have a video of the results if anyone would like to see the type of work I got back after a spendy invoice. I am glad I chose this detail shop. They were very thorough with their cleaning and it looked amazing. They took my 16 yea old jeep and made it looks close to brand new! It passed the inspection to be shipped today! Very happy and would recommend it! Just be sure to look up prices before! read more

I brought my truck to be detailed on the inside and received it back looking better than when I first got it. All the dog hair in my seats was removed and and the the various spots on the floor and stickiness in the cup holders was removed as well. The employees were nice and efficient! I took my car in to get detailed back in November 2014. They let me pay in advance being as I was going to be at work when they closed and I had to pick up my car that night for the next day. Needless to say I was shocked when i got my car back. They did an excellent job in everything they did. I even asked for a little TLC in the cup holders being as the last place I got my car detailed at left some funk and all in there, and they got it all out. Definitely going back there again before I leave alaska in June. Also, they even got the cigarette smell out of the car, which now I don't smoke in my car anymore because of that! read more

Run away! RUN! RUN! Please, do not waste your hard-earned $$ and your precious time. WORST "cleaning" job ever. Waited 5 HOURS for exterior-only car wax. Got what could've been done for $12 at a drive-through. Curiously everyone was gone at pick-up time, except the "new guy" (who was very nice and won't last long there with these chumps). He said the owner would contact me. It's been 2 weeks. Not a word. NO explanation. VERY VERY POOR job. Save your money and try another establishment. read more

This place is fantastic and friendly. They only detail 8 cars per day so your vehicle will get the TLC you're paying for. Even with the 8-car daily load, the appointment wait time was less than a week. Their slogan should be "We make your car look and feel like new again". My 2.5 year old Subaru Outback looks as good as it did the day I drove it off the lot. I highly recommend this business. BTW: they offer repeat visit discounts but unfortunately, no military discount. read more

My initial post on this company was pretty bad and I indicated I would not be returning. A few days after I posted it, the owner of the company called and was determined to make it right and offered a redo on any car of my choosing. We took my boyfriend's Prius in for a detailing and everything went as I initially hoped it would. The car looks very good. There are still a few stains but he is very tough on this vehicle and I think getting it back to original shape would have been an impossible task. I guess for me the best part was that the owner cared enough to reach out to me and make the situation right. Anyone can have a bad day. read more
