But when u sit down and have a look at the sushi roll they have on teh sushi train, it blows ur mind as the rice is only one thin layer wrapping the seaweed and whatever inside! Most of the dish on the sushi train is just cooked tuna inside out roll or raw salmon inside out roll with a pile on chilli sauce and chill flakes on top! If its fresh, you dont need any of these saurce on top of a sushi or sashimi! I order a beef yakisoba and want to try with my friend but when it arrive, it blows my mind as that small quantity is already 9 dollars! 9 dollars for 2 stir of noodle , beef that are marinated with soda and two large pieces of capsicum! It blows our mind as we thought we could share it but now, it does not even fit for one person as the noodles are not even half way full with the dish! 9 dollars, i would have go over to the cafe and get a better sandwich or pay a bit extra to get some ribs , making sure two ppl are full. Now i spend 35 dollars and dont even know what we actually have for lunch!

Their range of sushi is predictable: chicken, avocado, salmon, tuna, chicken katsu and prawns making up the bulk of their rolls. But this isn't a criticism; the sushi is freshly made and it's nice that they also sell edamame and seaweed. I especially like their rice paper rolls - generously crammed with vegetables and prawns/beef/chicken/tuna. They also have a few brown rice rolls for the super healthy. The service is quick and friendly, and you can see them making the sushi as you wait. It's reasonably priced - not so cheap that it leaves you wondering whether the fish had fallen off the back of a truck, but not too expensive that you might as well have gone to a restaurant. It's $3.20 for a rice paper roll, and the trays with a bigger selection of sushi bits range from $5-7. As I say, it's a great little sushi joint which is a favourite of mine, and should be of yours too.

This was delicious. There were two in the serving. I then got the prawns and honey chips which was lightly fried prawns with a slightly spicy sauce and vegetable chips with a touch of honey. Again, delicious. I also ordered then salmon jalepeno which was thinly sliced pieces of sashimi on top of cucumber with a jalepeno sauce and jalepenos. Not spicy, but tasted very good. I also got an amazing "harmony tartare" (salmon belly, scallop, avocado and wasabi citrus dressing) YUM !!
