I came here one weekday evening for dinner and ordered the tonkotsu curry rice and the tegone cheese in hamburg steak curry rice. Everything was made fresh to order which was nice, the hamburg steak takes extra time. The curry itself was good, good ratio of rice to curry as well. You can pick spicy or not spicy you want the curry. We got +2 spicy which was fine for us - but if you don't handle spice well it might be considered spicy. The tonkotsu was good portion size, crispy but was a little dry. However, the curry helped with it. For the hamburg steak, it is a beef patty with cheese in it covered in a brown sauce. The brown sauce was a mix of sweet and savory. It came on the side with curry rice. Good portion size. Overall, will be back again to try their other dishes. Came here with a friend from years past and my karaage chicken curry was pretty good. The chicken was freshly fried and was still moist and the curry was smooth and creamy even though it was on the runny side. I enjoyed the meal and highly recommend the place. Service was a bit slow as they just opened the doors and there was a line out the door. You self order and the food is delivered to you. The place is clean and so was the bathroom. It seemed like the restaurant was prioritizing take out orders over dine in. After a long wait two out of six entrees were prepped and then it stopped. It was at least another 15 minutes before the rest of the orders for our table trickled out of the kitchen but the to go bags were piling up quickly. When the rest of us finally got our plates there was miscommunication on the spice levels by the staff and took multiple times to clarify which was the correct one. At least when our food finally appeared the udon and katsu's were good as usual. The line continued to grow and eventually those people got their orders and were standing around waiting for a seat to eat.
