I have never been overcharged or oversold on anything, and have never had an issue with their work as opposed to chain stores. They will honestly tell you if an issue needs a repair or not, and will not sell you any work you don't need. Even when they are busy (as honest shops are) I have always gotten my car back by the promised time or sooner. This is a team you can trust with your car and your money, and will continue to be the only place I trust to bring my car for repair.
