I desperately needed my hair done and couldn't get an appointment anywhere. Someone (I can't remember her name) was extremely helpful to me. I stopped in without notice and she gave me a phone number of someone I could possibly get an appointment and some other names of salons who might take me. When it turned out that none of those options were going to work for me and because she followed up to ask how it paned out she told me she could work me in, despite her books being full for the night. She did a wonderful job on my hair and she was very knowledgeable about her trade. It's kind of scary going to someone you have never been to before and trusting them with your hair. I was really lucky to have found her. She was also really pleasant to talk to. If I ever go back up to Auburn I will definitely be getting my hair done there, I just hope I can remember her name.
