We hired Deluxe to replace our very old "weight and chain" windows. Dimitry and his team were very professional. Measurements were done very quickly and the install date was booked very soon after measurements. The day of our appt (Friday) it rained all day. The team came out on Sunday to install our windows...Sunday!!! I thought we'd have to wait until the next week. Awesome customer service. Dimitry, Marco and the team came on time Sunday morning and were completed within 4hrs. All the outside trim work was done perfectly even though the original construction was sloppy. Everything was done on time as it was promised during Dmitry's first visit to the house for estimation: the initial measurement of the windows by workers, and installation by the team, some time later. I replaced nine windows in a Fourseason room, in Bergen County New Jersey. I price out the job with three companies before making my decision. What a great decision I made... Not only was the price with the locks notably less expensive than the others, the whole process was absolutely seamless, and fast. it took less than 30 days from beginning to end. My wife thought I was crazy changing the windows before the job, but now she cannot believe the difference on how much better the room is with the new windows, which are crystal clear instead of our old drab windows, and the room is much warmer with these new insulated windows. We wanted a well performing window without an outrageous price tag. We saved so much money using Deluxe windows and going with a vinyl window option. Dimitry is very knowledgeable about the products that would be the best for my home. We had an amazing experience with Deluxe Windows from start to finish. We decided to replace our patio door and our bathroom window (glass was cracked). They came and got accurate measurements.
