I removed the lock and brought it to Shaw's actual, local store in Bergenfield, and they quickly understood what I needed and very inexpensively made the repair. My advice - don't use a "service" claiming to be in the area that then subs out a job, but find an actual, established local locksmith. We couldn't be more happy with Shaw's work and we'll definitely use them again.
