I could open only using keys and key entry became useless. Called EMTEK first and they advised me to go to the dealer. I called Mike and he asked me to send a picture of the lock which I did. One week later Mike calls me and tells me that someone is coming to replace it the next day. An young installer (Brian) came to install and I now have a brand new working lock set. I think this is great service in my opinion. My order with Maslyn Door was more than 2 years ago yet Mike swiftly resolved my issues. I removed the lock and brought it to Shaw's actual, local store in Bergenfield, and they quickly understood what I needed and very inexpensively made the repair. My advice - don't use a "service" claiming to be in the area that then subs out a job, but find an actual, established local locksmith. We couldn't be more happy with Shaw's work and we'll definitely use them again.
