i just had my windshield changed. i prevously had a dash cam installed with my old windshield…read more all that needed to be done was make the wires neat. the guy said he couldn't do it for 2 weeks and it was $225.00 with a 1/2 deposit just to be put on the schudule. i said did not have a credit card but what i really meant to say was go f yourself. to update the response i got - when i was in the store you said it was $225 for 2.5 hours worth of work that equates to $90.00 an hour.on this fourm you are stating $150.00 per hour. also i told you the windshield was just replaced and i'm waiting on tint to go on top part. when i got home i told my roomate and we hooked it back in 5 min and we tested it and it works. we plugged some usb plug into the mount which the unit laches on to and that powered on the unit and inside cam. all i wanted was the wires strightened and tucked away. i never asked for a warrenty and wouldn't expect one if the cam blew out if all you did was tuck the wires. i just don't have a reciept from the oringnal install. but those who are good to me would of had a customer for life. i would of paid something like $50.00 - $75.00 give or take but apparently you think your too good for that. i don't do business with people who don't think their crap don't stink and tries to rip people off. there was no reason for a re install. it's been installed perfectly for a year

3,200 some dollars later, 800.00+ in rental fees and my car clutch still does not shift right. I…read moretook the car back 4 times 1) when starting it would clunk-motor mounts not tightened 2) junk noises from underneath- left screwdriver in suspension. 3) clutch still not engaging/disengaging right 4) still not shifting right and the ESC light comes on by itself. My clutch would not always work just goes to the floor, won't go into gear, won't come out of gear. Steering wheel now not aligned with wheels. Took it to another mechanic he said that the clutch master cylinder had not been replaced and I paid for a new one. The new mechanic looked up the parts and found a clutch, flywheel and pressure plate set for $490.00 I was told from Wallace they were giving me a good deal and no markup because they were a thousand dollars each, the flywheel and the clutch. SO, they made over 1,500 in just those two parts alone. I was still paying for the car, had to pay off the loan trade it in as I DO NOT FEEL SAFE DRIVING THIS CAR. SO, in a matter of a couple weeks I paid the 3,200, 800.00 and then 2,500 to pay off the loan on top of the 4k as a down payment. I hope they had a good Christmas because I sure as heck did not. I used to trust this place 100% when Dad and Son ran it.********* I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS PLACE NOW. I DO NOT THINK ANY OF THE WALLACES DAD OR SON RUN THIS PLACE ANYMORE. INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTED AND WILL NEVER TAKE ANYTHING THERE EVER AGAIN. I NEEDED MY CAR AS I AM A TEACHER WHO TEACHES SPECIAL NEEDS CHILDREN. I HAD TO TAKE SEVERAL DAYS OFF and then get a rental. I hope they are out of business soon, so they cannot do this to other people, IF they can rip off a teacher, they can rip off anyone.

It only took Dave half a morning to find my issue all why testing all my other EVAP parts including my gas tank. The repair was done quickly and I can't be happier. the most reliable, authentic, and integral mechanic i've ever been to. went to another mechanic for…read morea misfire, was told my engine was failing, and then knew i had to get a second opinion from sunrise. mark was able to diagnose my issue (a couple misfires and a missing engine air filter), was able to accommodate my request for a full tune up (did not push a full tune up, i asked for one) and didn't charge an arm and a leg for the service. paid less than $500 for a complete tune up including replacing all 4 plugs and coils, cleaning the throttle body, and replacing a missing filter. honest, upfront, and all around excellent person to trust my vehicle and my sanity with.
