My husband dealt with everything when it came to our cars. When he died, I was screwed. I called Honest-1 because my car would not start. Matt was absolutely the most amazing calming person I ever spoke to. He took care of everything. Of course I go back out in my car starts. I am bringing my car in - at least I don't have to get it towed ... and Matt gave me a little advice. Apparently if you drive your car less than 50 miles a week it's really bad for your battery. Matt, you are wonderful!!! I advise any woman who is floundering with having to deal with a car. Take your car to Honest-1. Matt is a gem to talk to and to work with. I can't wait to meet you on Monday, Matt.

When taking it to another mechanic, he told me that my oil was really dirty considering that you just recently did the oil change two weeks ago so that wasn't something I would want to hear. Not to say my car needs the work, (because before you even started the work, you gave me a car fax report on all the issues which i thought was "pushy". Well after I pressed him a little more since having a tire issue on the road would be much more of a problem than buying a new set of tires pre-maturely. Knowing my Jeep probably better than I do and also knowing what I like and my level of expectation he started calling around to see what was immediately available being my travel plans were only a day away. After providing me with a few options he inform me that Tire Outlet had some Yokohama Tires in stock and although it was nearly 3:00 PM they could swap the tires and balance them before they closed the same day. This shop goes above and beyond, they emailed a photo of the tires and quoted the tires and work out the door with a promise of no surprises. This entire process went down over the phone and was executed flawlessly. After doing a walk around I took them for a test drive and found these Yokohama Geolandar X-AT 295/70R17 to be the perfect solution, they look great and just aggressive enough that I am confident they'll perform how I need them to - after dragging the Jeep to the Keys I know I made a good decision. I applaud the Tire Outlet's employees for the exceptional customer service, workmanship and amazing pricing and most of all doing what they promised...

However, as soon as I left the shop, they removed the tires and never put air back in them. My car has Run-Flat tires, which can be damaged very easily when driven without proper air pressure. Thank God I turned around quickly. I had not washed my car until today, September 30th, and that's when I noticed that one of the tires was missing one of the special Mercedes-Benz wheel-lock nuts. I immediately went back to the shop to explain what had happened and ask where the missing lug nut was. The owner--I don't know his name--was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Instead of trying to help me resolve the issue, he simply told me that he would "see if he could help me." The special lug nut was never found. Instead, he gave me a generic replacement that was not even remotely the correct Mercedes-Benz part. I would NEVER recommend this place. They do not respect their customers, and their employees are not careful when removing or reinstalling wheels. NEVER GO THERE.

--- **BEWARE BEFORE…read moreYOU SPEND THOUSANDS HERE** I have never written a review in my life, but after what happened, I couldn't stay quiet. My wife took my **2004 Ford Crown Victoria with only 140,000 miles** to T & D Auto because it developed a strange noise and was smoking. After looking at it, they told us the **entire engine needed to be replaced** and quoted us **approximately $9,000**. **Nine thousand dollars for a 2004 Crown Vic.** Fortunately, I decided to inspect the car myself before authorizing such an outrageous repair. The problem wasn't a blown engine at all. When I had previously replaced the alternator, **I had accidentally left the alternator bolts loose**. The alternator shifted, contacted the belt, and caused the noise and smoke. I tightened the alternator correctly, and the "bad engine" magically disappeared. Since then, I've driven the car **thousands of miles** without a single engine problem. Based on my experience, I have **serious concerns about the accuracy of the diagnosis** I was given. Had I trusted it without question, I would have spent thousands of dollars replacing a perfectly good engine. My advice: **Always get a second opinion before approving major repairs here.** It may save you thousands of dollars. I can only speak to what happened to me, but this experience completely destroyed my confidence in this shop. I will never return, and I cannot recommend them to anyone. Imagine all the elderly folks that they ripped off!!!Garbage

I climbed all over this vehicle right out of the shop and the more I looked the more I wanted it and it seemed that the upgrades were endless. What arrived here as a stock 2004 4.0 L with 190 h.p. became a little unleashed with the installation of a Sprintex Supercharger which effectively adds about 40% more horsepower and 35%+ more torque. The flow master exhaust system nets approximately another 10% horsepower all combined its a noticeable difference believe me. The full lift, suspension and springs with "Fox" shocks allowed it to be fitted with new 17" "Fuel Rims" and 33" ToyoTires, aggressive and highly stable on the highway yet provides all the technical toughness needed to go off-road. New brakes and hardware stops this beast on a dime, rhino rust protection inside and out, dressed with "Rock Hard" custom bumpers and a 9,500 pound Smittybilt XRP Winch and beautiful new paint inside and out and I love the front to rear LED lighting and wiring upgrades - the upgraded interior is neat but still allows me to put my personal touch to finish it that will make it mine. The quality of the parts installed and the workmanship is incredible - I certainly will stop in when I'm in the area and check these guys out.
