When they installed the walkway/rock garden they removed all the earth around the footings of my fence which I am currently having repaired. Jason came to the house and agreed the patio needed needed fixing and was willing to sell me extras to fix the area around the fence/rock garden which I was willing to entertain reluctantly. Service: Delays in getting the job started, excuses for delays once it started. At one point he said he could not refund for my deposit as the he had bought the materials. Two months later, when he was ready to start and had dug up my yard, there was a delay because his supplier must have sold the materials. Once they got things started it did move along at a reasonable pace. Since agreeing to fix the defects in the patio Jason is now refusing to answer calls or emails to schedule the job. In general, this was the biggest frustration since work started, his inability to communicate in a timely fashion or set expectations. Professional: One day they needed to borrow my tape measure and they also needed my pvc pipe cutter for the irrigation work. Another day, a woman was on sight just hanging out with the crew. My wife was told she was there to take photos for the company (which made no sense based on lack of progress, her attire, and the lack of a camera). That same day my wife had handed over money to the crew for lunch and they set it on the deck. According to the crew the money was gone before lunch. Coincidentally, the crew member who invited his girlfriend/photographer to hang out in our yard was escorted off the site before the end of the day. Avoid this company.
