At approximately 9:00-9:15pm on Feb 7, 2024 one of your taxi drivers has unplugged our vehicle that was charging at Richmond Olympic Oval's fast charging station. There was a witness that can verify this occurrence. We find this extremely unacceptable and selfish. We were not able to capture his plate number as he hurried, unplugged, and sped away from the station as we were approaching our vehicle. The conduct of your driver is unprofessional, selfish, and lacks respect of other's personal property. We hope that this complaint is taken with consideration and is addressed to your fleet drivers. It is a huge disappointment that one of your drivers chooses to represent Green Cabs in this manner. read more

If I could give a zero, I would. He turned off the meter from the Vancover airport to the Holiday Inn Downtown. When we arrived, he charged us $60 US. I told him the airport said it was a fixed flat fee of $37 Canadian dollars. He lied and told us that the price went up Sept . 1. We were too tired to hold our ground. After he left, we found out he didn't even drop us at the requested hotel, but one down the street from ours! read more

The driver if D102 turned off the meter just before arriving when it read $15.32. Upon arrival he said $30. When I questioned why the meter had read $15 he became aggressive and started screaming fixed fare fixed fare. This company doesn't know about professional courtesies. Get stuck in a traffic jam due to snow, and the driver leaves the meter running! Ok if your waiting for my arse, but for conditions out of my control? Oh and the driver turned on the meter, after i entered the cab and then went for a piss behind a tree! This is what they call professionally trained... well i will never use this company again! And i advise you to look for a different company Cab# T 51 date 01/15/2020. read more

I was having trouble getting any apps or can companies to pick me up in Delta, B.C., and decided to walk 10 minutes to Surrey, and try my luck there. Another taxi company still failed to serve, but at least they recommended Green Cab. The folks here knew exactly where I was waiting, and picked me up in less than 10 minutes. A quick, clean and cordial ride later, I was well-served. read more

The dispatcher was efficient and professional, their taxi was at my house 15 mins early (at 5:45am) and I had a great discussion with the friendly young man who drove me to the airport. A great experience. Thanks Delta Surrey Green Cab company. -- R. Weber read more

On Canada Day we called this cab company and was told "10-15 minutes." We called back 30 minutes later when the cab still didn't show up, and they told us they were really busy and it would be 30 more minutes. We were given the option to cancel and declined to cancel, thinking we'll just wait 30 minutes instead of calling another company. After another 40 minutes we called again and was told our area was really busy and it would be another 15-20 minutes. After another 25 minutes we called back and they said here were no cabs in our area and to call another cab company. They actually told us to call someone else after having us wait more than an hour and a half. My issue isn't that they were too busy to come that night. That's understandable. But what's not understandable is continually telling us to wait a little bit longer when nobody was coming. In the more than an hour and a half we were sitting around waiting we could have caught a bus or called another taxi company. It's important to be honest and if no cab can come then say so. Stringing us along with false promises makes the situation worse. I also send an email to one of the two emails listed on their website and it returned undeliverable. They have a defunct email address listed on their website and haven't bothered to remove or update it. I emailed the other address and received no response. Terrible. read more

My girlfriend had to work a night shift today. We live in Surrey, so we gave 'Green Cab' a ring. She called the cab at 11:00 PM and asked if it could pick her up at 11:30. She called early to make sure it would be there on time since she is getting the last bus that goes out to her place of work. 11:30 came around, and no cab showed up, nor did we receive a phone call. She called them around 11:35 and asked where they were since she is in a hurry to get the last bus. They informed her that a taxi would be right there. We waited another 5 minutes and nothing came. Fortunately we saw someone down the street that was getting dropped off by a taxi, so we waved it down and she got to where she needed to go. (Now here's where I decided to give them a 1 star) around 11:55, (5 minutes before the bus is scheduled to leave) she received a phone call from Delta Surrey Green Cab to let her know that they're close to picking her up. She said "No, I'm not at home anymore. I have places to be, and you took way too long to get here even with a half hour warning, so I called a different cab." He proceeded to try and give her shit. He was actually mad that she didn't wait an extra 25 minutes PAST the time she said she wanted to be picked up. She just said "Yeah, OK" and hung up. Now, I'm not saying everyone is like this, and I'm sure most of them aren't. But unfortunately this one was, and he worked for Delta Surrey Green Cab. They may have been busy, but don't get mad at customers for your mistakes. read more

I just want to compliment Parm on his good and kind service today in Ladner. He was a real gentleman. Thanks!

Had an extremely horrible experience with Green cabs tonight. I understand tonight is a tough night due to the weather conditions so they are working hard. However I had to report two cab drivers as one said he would not take us because our fare would be too short. Another cab reeked like marijuana. The driver was swerving all over and talking on the phone the whole time, it felt extremely unsafe. We did not tip as he over charged us 1, on the terminal than what was on the meter and 2 because it was an unsafe ride. When we left the cab the driver drove back and shouted he needed my number because he was going to report me because we did not tip. I said that is unacceptable. When I tried to report him the lady on the phone said it was not the driver who was intoxicated and I need to understand the weather conditions (which of course I did). She kept making excuses for the driver, when I just wanted to be heard, then hung up on me. The worst customer service and safety conditions I've ever experienced. I hope this company improves its safety and LISTENS to their trusted customers. Hanging up on someone explaining a dangerous situation is extremely unprofessional. Super disappointed in this company that I've been using for years today. Completely unsafe and unprofessional today. read more

I use these guys once in a while while my vehicle is in for service and it's hit or miss with these guys. If I call during the day during normal business hours the service is usually pretty good simply because you usually get the car's owner and he's motivated. But once in a while I will call in the evening and the driver you get is not the owner but a guy paying to use the car for the night who has no skin in the game. My latest trip was with a guy like this who was on the phone when he picked me up and was on the phone the whole trip. I don't speak Punjabi so I couldn't understand what he was saying but he started arguing with whomever he was talking to and started getting loud and excited. He missed my turnoff and pulled an illegal u-turn to get to my street. At least I got there in one piece. And this wasn't the worst trip i've had with them but that's a story for another day. I'd use another company but no one else will come to my area of Delta so I'm stuck. Man do we need Uber. read more

Today, June 26th, on 91 north side of Alex Fraser Bridge, the driver in T 73 (approx. 10:15 am), dangerously cut across 2 lanes, on the curve heading to Richmond. Other cars were inches away from a multi car crash. The traffic was moving at 100 km / hr. This driver needs to re-take their drivers exam. We will not be using Green Cab in the future. They shouldn't be on the road. read more

This is to report a reckless driving behaviour of the 0187CA taxi drive. This occurred on Nov 2nd at 9:45pm southbound Oak St before 70th Ave. I was coming out of a small plaza (near 67th ave) heading south of Oak. The taxi (0187CA) was driving at a high speed and flashed high beams at me rushing me to accelerate. I decided to drive at a normal speed (50km/h) given there is a red light on 70th Ave ahead. With a very short distance, the taxi switched to the next lane and cut in front of me with only inches of space which was extremely dangerous. Hence as I tried to copy his license plate, he purposely took off trying to avoid being notice. I followed him into one of the small streets and managed to copy his license plate I have reported this to the company but they ignored it. This might seems irrelevant but imagine you are the passenger of this taxi when this happened. read more

Wish i could give 0 stars to this pathetic waste of a taxi company. you'd think booking in advance with their app will give your taxi driver enough time to be there on time but nope either ten minutes earlier or later. This taxi company is an insult to other taxi companies. Very rude lady on the phone who could barely speak english you'd think in the service industry you'd have an operator who has at least basic english she was also very rude and aggressive because I don't speak Indian or whatever lol. And don't bother voicing your complaints to the manager because he won't even get on the phone I've called everyday for the past two weeks to try to let him know but no calls back or anything probably too busy letting his buisiness go to shit. Boycott these cabs. You're better off taking the bus. Take a Delta Green Cab for yourself if you don't believe me read more

Took a Delta Green Cab from the airport. Three people were to be dropped off at different addresses. The first to get out was a lady on crutches, the driver sat in his seat, and one of the other passengers had to get out and take her bag out of the trunk. At the second address once again, he sat there and the passenger had to open the trunk and take out her bag. On the way to the last address the driver pulled out his lunch and started to eat and drink as he drove. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I live in Delta and rely on taxis quite a bit. I gave green cab a fair shake but after a year I'm 100% switching to yellow and so has my mother who is elder and has been treated like crap by green cab drivers. They're rude, ask so many questions, never offer to help with bags, are LATE! Yes! 40 mins late because "there is no one in your area" is ridiculous! Ha! And then they give attitude when you don't tip. Why would I tip someone when I'm the one carrying/loading/unloading bags etc. ? Lazy lazy lazy, talking in the phone is more important! Bye green, I'm yellow now read more

I wish I can give this place no stars I forgot my pair of shoes in the cab and they want to charge me $30 just to bring it back to my house. I told them to let the cab driver drop them off at there office they said okay and that they will call me back to let me know what time the cab driver will leave it there. They never called me back i had to call myself after waiting 3 hours for a call back and when i called they said they will ask the cab driver what time he will bring it in tomorrow and to call them back in an hour. I called back in an hour and they said that the cab driver will drop my shoes off in the afternoon or evening i said what time exactly because afternoon and evening is a long stretch of time and it would be very difficult for me to get there since i dont drive so getting there and not finding them would be a huge issue for me so i asked what time exactly he will bring them in they said they dont know and hung up on me i tried calling back but they keep putting me on hold. read more

Terrible experience. We pre-booked a van to take us to the Vancouver Airport at 8AM. When I initially called to book the cab I specifically stated that we needed to get to the airport on-time so as not to miss our flight and was reassured that the cab would be there at 8AM sharp and that it would be enough time to make our flight. The cab did not arrive until 8:45. I called again at 8:20 and was told that the cab was 5 minutes away, and yet it still didn't arrive until 8:45. When the cab finally came, the driver told us that the company didn't even dispatch him until 8:05. We made it clear to the driver that we needed to hurry if we had any chance of making it to the airport on time. He refused to use a GPS or google maps or listen to our directions to find the quickest route and proceeded to take a route that had an extra 8 minutes of congestion. As a direct result of the cab being late as well as the drivers refusal to find a less congested route, we arrived at the airport approximately an hour later than we had been assured by dispatch employees. When we arrived at the airport we were turned away at check-in for being too late. We missed our flight and are now out more than $1000 because of this company's negligence. I called the company and spoke to the general manager who was very sympathetic and assured me that they were going to make this right. Three weeks later and no response to any of my emails and not answering my calls. read more

Surjit drove is from YVR on Dec 4,2015. Great driver, friendly and have asked for him since.

A couple of days ago, got a ride from Vanc Airport to East Van with a Green Cab. Drive took off with my Mandolin and some other personal belongings in the back seat. We paid him cash (big mistake) so the company says they cannot track down the driver and no one has turned anything in. SO - the message is Don't Trust These Drivers!!!! called this cab company to get a late night lift home from boundary bay airport, there were some issues first off with the driver finding the airport terminal so he could come pick me up, second i was pretty upset that the driver decided to turn left down churchill street and right on 72nd to join ladnertrunk road instead of taking the bridge over on our way to surrey.... this added about 3 extra kilometers to our trip which made me upset because in the end i have to pay for all this and lets face it cabs are not cheap so even things like that which may seem small probably added a 5-7$ difference on my end fare so very disappointed. lastly when we did get to my stop there was an issue making change for my 100 and i had to leave the driver with what felt like a forced tip because proper change could not be made. read more
