AVOID! Helpful until they need to be…read more Company installed a water tank and filters in rafters of our basement since we were getting flooring and dry wall installed. A year later the tank ended up crashing to the shuffleboard below and spilling the contents all over the wooden table. There were 2 divots created that are irreparable and water damage to the base. We were hoping to work with the company to get a replacement or compensation for the table. We started the process with patience, understanding, and a willingness to work collaboratively with the company to make things right. We had minimal response from the owner and when we did hear back it was only to be repeatedly questioned on "how" this happened. While we understand investigation is important, the company was solely focused on absolving themselves from any responsibility to avoid helping us with a replacement or monetarily. After a month of minimal contact and with the threat to cancel our account, they reluctantly offered 5 years of free maintenance service. We are now sitting with water damaged table in our basement that will not be replaced but we are supposed to be grateful that they moved our tank down and changed our filters for free (even though it was time for our routine filter change anyways) and will hold us hostage for 5 more years just so we can recoup our losses from the credit. AVOID!

Lance installed our water treatment system while he was at his former company. I cannot stress…read moreenough how we would NEVER recommend Lance to anyone for water treatment solutions. We have had NOTHING but issues with our system for the past 4 years and Lance did nothing to remedy our situation - he only made it worse. Here is an abbreviated rundown - He convinced us to go with his more expensive units over a local company and promised us the world with his system...He forgot to re-install our check valve and we got pure salt water coming from our brine tank (he blamed it on our well until we physically showed him he failed to put it back on), he ruined our sink while installing the RO and his response was "well I'm not a plumber" (he did buy us a new sink), when we continued to have water issues, he blamed it on our well and recommended we hook up to a different well because he claimed he tested the water and "the water was better" but, it was much worse and our system that he installed was not meant to treat that water due to higher levels of salt and Mg. So, because of his recommendation that we use the other well, we spent another 1k to purchase and install new well pump and excavate new trench to house. Also turned out that the new well he told us to tie into did not have the volume to handle the water needs of the system he installed and then he told us to have a switch that combines the two wells. We've had 3 different consultants come out to try and figure out his mess since he turned out to be an absolute no show and provided no help or remedy at all. Every single consultant (including his former company) talked about what he did being wrong and were perplexed why he did it in the first place. So here we are, 4 years later and still throwing money into the mess he made to try and even get decent water consistently. We are considering legal action to get our money back at this point. These are just a few of the issues we have had. If you're on the fence, reply to this post and I will contact you directly to provide further details on just how bad of an experience this has been and continues to be, as well as how little Lance did to try and figure this out for us. I am not sure about the rest of Health Keys, but I would NEVER recommend Lance and would recommend literally ANY other water treatment company over one Lance is associated with.

I have the skills but I'm getting lazy so probably will have him do it. did one or two simple tasks. entire process done in less than an hour. The other things is he as told me about somethings and said I could do the work, explained what needed to be done, and said I could save his labor fee . Do not often find a skilled plumber that will recommend not doing the job themselves.
