He answered all of our questions, he wasn't pushy, and he was very knowledgeable & professional. Unfortunately, that's where all the positives end. Their main office side of things is a train wreck. Someone by the name of "Brian" (at their office) called me to setup an installation date. During that call, I asked Brian if he could send me some model information on the water softener we're purchasing, so I could get familiar with the model & instructions beforehand. Brian assured me he would send me the information (which I didn't receive). He then calls me the next day, and advised me that they didn't have the controller for our water softener so they'd have to order it from their warehouse. I said that's fine, however, I didn't receive the model information. He assured me, he'd send it. Today's June 1/2023 & I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANY MODEL INFORMATION. This request would take what? 10 minutes to fulfill (sending an email)? The only reason we chose Culligan is because we thought they were a reputable company who cater to their clientele. I now regret doing business with them. I should've done what most people do and buy a high-spec model online and hire a private contractor to install the unit. Unfortunately, they only give you three days to terminate the contract with them, so we're screwed. I doubt we'll be calling them to service it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND CULLIGAN.

The sales rep Rashid made sure everything went well and checked in with us, he took care of everything and made the process easy. The flexibility options for payment and taking care of everything was the deciding factor. We've been really happy the equipment and would recommend Rashid (647-779-3344).

The crew that came in to replace three exterior lights that we supplied and I must say they did an…read moreexcellent job. It's the pricing we disagree with. They charged me $159.00 for each light to be installed, with taxes over 500.00. We just moved into this home a few months ago. At our last home our electrician would come in to do multiple jobs and give us a flat rate. I have looked into this and the job should have only cost no more than $300.00 plus taxes. When I called Reliance to complain I was told that they charge by the light and do give flat rates. That's fine we do not need use Reliance.
