I ordered from them as I had signed up to a Yelp virtual event for calligraphy, and lo and behold, the suggested shopping list had links here. Given that there's one relatively nearby, I placed an order and was told that so long as it was placed before 3 PM, I qualified for curbside pick-up. Ordered around noon and within the hour, I had my supplies. It was easy peasy! They e-mailed and texted me along the way. Once everything was ready, I drove over and called to let them know where I was. The guy who came out with my stuff was super sweet, wearing a mask and gloves. That being said, I think this is only the second time I go to Michael's and they only keep surprising me in a pleasant way. Hope to go inside again soon to browse around. FUNNY thing is... NOW when you click on the 4oz. Ready to Spray items to put them in your cart on their site, a disclaimer window pops up to be sure and communicate to you they are for a AIRBRUSH, and has a little picture of an Airbrush... so YEAH!! I'd like to think that by me saying something prompted them to put that "POP UP" window on their website. They STILL have some more improvements they should do to their Website. Whomever they have in house or 3rd party doing their Web design is definitely the "lowest bidder" and they have a VERY minimally maintained and adequate Website. For such "Amazing" paint... their website leaves a lot to be desired about communicating effectively what they offer, and how it's packaged. ALSO... They offer "Insurance" to buy for your package... wonder if they LOSE a lot of freight!?? OR if they just plain don't send stuff out, then if you didn't buy the insurance they take off with your payment and you get NO REFUND because you didn't buy the "shipping insurance"... BUT? ? ? Don't you automatically get some insurance on a package when you ship it??
