She grilled me, my wife, and my daughter as if we were trying to enter a secret society. I told her I was just looking for some costume makeup, maybe some wigs and a bit of spirit gum, hoping for quality supplies. But when I said I wanted to browse, she shot back with all the warmth of a DMV clerk, "We only rent costumes." Her attitude was so off-putting that we turned around and left before the interrogation could continue. As we drove past the store afterward, we saw her turning away more would-be customers, apparently gatekeeping is her full-time gig.

Then I found it on crazy for costumes website but was unsure if it was a scam site or not. It seemed to be too good to be true since I could not find the costume anywhere else. Also the price was very fair so I was even more skeptical. So I looked up the business address on their website and saw it was a legit business. Then I came across their business here on help and saw some good and bad reviews. I was hesitant, but placed the order. Right away, I got an email confirming the order. I was in a short time frame so I replied asking if they could expedite the order. Someone named George replied right away (I believe he is the owner). He was extremely helpful in locating the costume and getting it shipped out to me fast. It arrived today and my son couldn't be happier! The costume is awesome! So I wanted to circle back and leave a review for those that were skeptical like me to say that it is not a scam and that I highly recommend this business. A+ for customer service, fair pricing, response time, shipping time and quality. Thank you to George!
